Each show features audience participation, interactive games, video features, and high-energy storytelling to get students excited about making a difference in their lives and in their school!
*Shows are approximately 45 minutes and are geared towards an elementary-aged audience.
Sluggerrr's Strike-out Bullying Show
The Sluggerrr Strike-Out Bullying Show educates students on the importance of a Bully-Free environment in and out of school and what Bullying looks like.
This fun and interactive show features Sluggerrr, video messages, and an emcee teaching students about the different types of bullying and how to identify and stop them. Students are encouraged to call out Sluggerrr if he is being a "Bully", if they catch him 3 times, he strikes out. We've found that tying in the important message of Anti-Bullying with the humor of the best Mascot in Major League Baseball really helps kids learn about treating everyone with respect.
Sluggerrr's Teamwork Show
The Sluggerrr Teamwork Show is a high-energy assembly that teaches the kids the importance of teamwork and demonstrates that through fun, interactive themed activities utilizing the Royals brand. Activities will all be completed by working in teams, to highlight how important being a good teammate is.
Kids will leave this assembly with a better understanding of how teammates work together, stick-up for each other and that with creative collaboration, everyone wins!
