Redeem Online

Online redemption is available for all coupon codes. You may only redeem one type of coupon code per transaction (only Free Tickets or only Half-Price Tickets). The online redemption code, must be entered at the time of purchase. Redemption codes are case sensitive. An online convenience fee will apply and is based on the final price of the ticket. All ticket sales are final, No Exchanges or Refunds.

Expiration Date: October 4, 2021.

1. Click on the Access Vouchers button above, or from any Royals event page click the sandwich menu in the upper right area of the screen, then click vouchers.

2. Log into your My Royals Tickets account or create a new one if none exists.

3. If you have purchased a voucher package, the vouchers should automatically appear in your voucher inventory.

• If you were given a voucher code, you can manually enter the code to add it to your account.

4. To redeem your vouchers, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Redeem.

• To redeem multiple vouchers, click the checkbox next to each voucher after initially selecting Redeem, and then click continue.

• Please note that you can only redeem the same voucher type per transaction (ex. a free game coupon code cannot be redeemed with a Half Price game coupon code in the same transaction).

5. Next, click on the eligible events that your voucher is eligible for.

6. To select individual seats from valid areas via the interactive seating map, click into the designated sections to see the available seats, and select the seats you would like.

• The number of seats covered by the voucher/s will depend on how many vouchers you chose to redeem.
• Any additional paid tickets can be added at regular price.

7. Tickets will be delivered digitally to your MLB Ballpark app, your game tickets will be accessible in the app.

8. Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order.

9. Retrieve your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app, and enjoy the game game!
