Blue Jays
JoJo Parker (TOR No. 2/MLB No. 45) could be the premier player to watch for Toronto. Orioles
The Baltimore farm system has consistently produced can’t-miss moments during the first two years of the prospect event, including perhaps the signature Spring Breakout matchup to date -- when then-No. 1 overall prospect Jackson Holliday and Paul Skenes went head-to-head. In 2026, Baltimore’s prospect pool is peppered with interesting names that could once again make waves. First-rounder Ike Irish (BAL No. 6), who has impressed in limited spring at-bats, could anchor the lineup alongside 2025 Golden Spikes Award winner Wehiwa Aloy (BAL No. 7). Fans may also have the chance to see 19-year-old Nate George (BAL No. 3/MLB No. 93), who breezed through three Minor League levels in his first season. More »
Rays
Tampa Bay’s preliminary roster is loaded with talent at all levels. Shortstop Carson Williams (TB No. 1/MLB No. 63) and right-hander Brody Hopkins (TB No. 3/MLB No. 85) lead the contingent close to the Majors, while 2025 draftees Daniel Pierce (TB No. 5), Slater de Brun (TB No. 10) and Caden Bodine (TB No. 13) join Theo Gillen (TB No. 2/MLB No. 76) among the group of exciting young bats projected to start the year in the lower levels. Red Sox
Last year's Red Sox Spring Breakout squad was highlighted by a trio of heavy hitters. This spring, the club’s crop of prospects on the preliminary roster is pitching rich, with five of the eight highest-ranked players in the pool being hurlers. Red Sox fans could have the chance to see promising young arms such as 2025 first-rounder Kyson Witherspoon (BOS No. 4/MLB No. 84), right-hander Juan Valera (BOS No. 5), newly acquired left-hander Jake Bennett (BOS No. 7) and '25 draftees Marcus Phillips (BOS No. 9) and Anthony Eyanson (BOS No. 10). Yankees
George Lombard Jr. (NYY No. 1/MLB No. 32) mashed a leadoff moonshot off Garrett Crochet to open the Yankees’ Grapefruit League game on Wednesday, so imagine what he could do against his fellow prospects? The slick-fielding shortstop could be in New York's lineup, as could 6-foot-7 slugger Spencer Jones (NYY No. 6) and 19-year-old Dax Kilby (NYY No. 4/MLB No. 94). On the mound, Carlos Lagrange (NYY No. 2/MLB No. 79) and his triple-digit four-seamer could turn heads. More »

Guardians
When the Guardians drafted Jace LaViolette (CLE No. 9) in the first round in July, he was dealing with a hand injury that required two separate surgeries. Seven months removed from the second surgery, he could make his pro debut in Spring Breakout. The rest of the Cleveland lineup could include Top 100 prospects Angel Genao (CLE No. 3/MLB No. 66), Ralphy Velazquez (CLE No. 4/MLB No. 89) and Cooper Ingle (CLE No. 6/MLB No. 99). More »
Royals
Blake Mitchell (KC No. 2/MLB No. 75) is an exciting prospect behind the dish, and he could team up with right-hander Kendy Chourio (KC No. 3) to form a top-notch battery for the Royals in the prospect event. Mitchell is one of the best defensive catchers in the Minors, while Chourio is the highest-ranked arm in the organization at just 18 years old. More »

The Tigers’ potential lineup alone makes their Spring Breakout game must-watch. Add in that it’s against the Pirates, and it’s almost a guarantee that something special will happen. Kevin McGonigle (DET No. 1/MLB No. 2), Max Clark (DET No. 2/MLB No. 10) and Josue Briceño (DET No. 4/MLB No. 40) could all be in the batters' box and on the diamond when Detroit takes the field. A suddenly loaded system will be present and accounted for as Miami's preliminary roster features a balanced and talented mix of pitchers and position players. An oblique strain will keep Thomas White (MIA No. 1/MLB No. 17) out of the showcase, but Robby Snelling (MIA No. 2/MLB No. 39) could try and pick up the slack. Newly acquired Owen Caissie (MIA No. 3/MLB No. 42) is the other Top 100 prospect on the Marlins' roster. More »
