The Ballpark Pass is back for the 2018 season!

April, May and September Pass - $126

The 3 month Ballpark pass will include all 36 home games April, May and September games (excluding Opening Day and the Cubs series).

April Pass - $49

The April Ballpark pass will include all 11 home games April (excluding Opening Day).

Here's How It Works

  • Download the MLB Ballpark app and create (or login to a pre-existing) MLB.com account using the same email address you purchased your pass with.
  • Link your MLB.com account to your White Sox Ticket account to access your mobile barcodes:
    • Open the app on your phone
    • Tap TICKETS at the top-right of the White Sox section
    • Scroll down and tap Manage Ticket Accounts
    • Tap Add Accounts
    • Link your account using the email address you used to purchase.
  • All tickets will be loaded on or before the morning of the game. Your seat will be different for each game, and located in the Upper Corners, Upper Reserved, Outfield Reserved or Lower Corners.
  • You can buy up to eight (8) passes, so if you want to sit with family and friends, be sure to purchase all your passes in one transaction.

Ballpark Pass FAQs

General Questions

Q: Which games are included with my White Sox Ballpark Pass?
A: The April, May and September Ballpark Pass includes tickets to all 36 home games in April, May and September (excluding Opening Day and Cubs vs. Sox). The April Ballpark Pass includes all 11 home games in April (excluding Opening Day).

Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A: The rain cancellation policy for the White Sox Ballpark Pass is the same as the policy for a regular ticket. If the game is postponed and rescheduled on a date that did not have a previously scheduled game or is rescheduled to become a part of a split double header, your Passes are valid for the rescheduled game. Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the White Sox Ballpark Pass.

Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The White Sox Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Guaranteed Rate Field and seat assignments will be managed through the app.

Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Guaranteed Rate Field.


Entering Guaranteed Rate Field

Q: How do I get into Guaranteed Rate Field with my White Sox Ballpark Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games included with your pass can be found in the MLB Ballpark appDownload the MLB Ballpark app and create (or login to a pre-existing) MLB.com account using the same email address you purchased your White Sox Ballpark Pass with. Link your MLB.com account to your White Sox Ticket account under the TICKETS tab and this will provide you with digital barcodes that you can use to scan for admission into Guaranteed Rate Field.

Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All your barcodes will be inside the MLB Ballpark app, but you will have the option to forward tickets to other members of your group. Simply view the event under the TICKETS tab and click Forward in the top right corner and follow the instructions to transfer your ticket(s).


Ballpark Pass Seat Locations

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the White Sox Ballpark Pass?
A: You are guaranteed a seat for every game. All tickets will be loaded on or before the morning of the game. Your seat will be different for each game, and located in the Upper Corners, Upper Reserved, Outfield Reserved or Lower Corners.

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! After entering Guaranteed Rate Field, please go to Guest Services at Gate 4 and inform them that you need ADA seats for your group. If you need ADA seats for all games included in your pass just email tickets@chisox.com and we can exchange your tickets in advance.


Exchanging Passes

Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.

Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: To transfer tickets simply view the event under the TICKETS tab and click Forward in the top right corner and follow the instructions to transfer your ticket(s).
