Shohei Ohtani is a four-time Most Valuable Player, and he’s the proud owner of one of MLB’s Most Valuable Pups. His dog, Decoy, has made the rounds from MVP announcement shows to the inside of Ohtani’s suit coat on the All-Star Game Red Carpet.
But Ohtani is no longer the only flame-throwing ace to bring his furry friend with him to the Midsummer Classic.

Brewers star righty Jacob Misiorowski joined the MLB Network set on Tuesday to show off his outfit, a black three-piece suit that he said was put together by Gentleman’s Playbook. On the inner left side of Misiorowski's jacket was a photo of his dog, Ember.
Though he did not confirm it on Tuesday’s show, “Ember” is likely a nod to the iconic fire-type move from the Pokémon franchise, which Misiorowski is so passionate about.
While the 24-year-old Misiorowski won’t pitch in Tuesday night’s game as he rests up for the second half, he and some of the game’s biggest stars are certainly still bringing the heat in Philadelphia. And that includes man’s best friend.
