Brewers Ticket Policies - 2020 Games

The following policies apply to 2020 Regular Season Games impacted by COVID-19

Opening Day: The new scheduled Opening Day will not have fans in attendance in 2020. Any single-game ticket buyers will receive credit for game tickets and parking passes to use towards a 2021 Brewers game. Those who keep credit on account will receive presale access to Opening Day 2021 -- an email will be sent the week of March 15, 2021 with instructions on this presale.

Season Seat Holders (20-Plans, 40-Plans, and Full Seasons) & Mini Packs (4-Packs & 10-Packs): For the impacted games, customers will receive an account credit equal to the purchased value of tickets & parking plus a 10% Bonus Credit. Account credits can be applied to 2021 or 2022 season invoice or used towards single game ticket & parking purchases. Please contact your account executive for more information and other options, including refunds.

Ballpark Pass: Ticket buyers of the March/April Ballpark Pass will be automatically be refunded.

Groups: For the impacted games, customers will receive an account credit equal to the purchased value of tickets plus a 10% Bonus credit. Account credits can be used towards rescheduling your group ticket purchase for the 2021-2022 seasons. Please contact your account executive for more information and other options, including refunds.

Single Game Suite Rentals: Clients who purchased a suite for the impacted games will receive a credit for the full value of the suite to be used towards booking another suite for the 2021 and 2022 regular season game, as well as a 10% bonus credit to be used towards additional game tickets. Suite rental clients should contact their account rep for other options, including refunds.

Single Game Tickets: Any regular price or discounted single-game ticket buyers will receive credit for game tickets and parking passes to purchase any 2020 or 2021 season Brewers home game. Ticket buyers will be emailed directly about alternate options including refunds.

Theme Nights: Ticket buyers who purchased a Theme Night during the schedule of impacted games will follow the Single Game Tickets policy and receive priority access to the rescheduled Theme Night games in the 2021 season. Once Theme Nights are announced for 2021 season games, an email will be sent to previous buyers with account credit to purchase.

Ticket Vouchers (including but not limited to Fan Appreciation, Thank You Cards, and BP): A list of eligible games will be made available for redeemed ticketholders to exchange their tickets. Unredeemed vouchers will be offered new game choices. Vouchers from 2020 can be redeemed once single-game tickets are on sale for 2021 games. Kids Crew: A list of eligible games will be made available for redeemed ticketholders to exchange their tickets. Unredeemed vouchers will be offered new game choices. Vouchers from 2020 can be redeemed once single-game tickets are on sale for 2021 games. Additional information can be found at brewers.com/kidscrew.

Brewers Buddies Tickets: Brewers Buddies administrators who ordered tickets to impacted games will be contacted. This program will resume in future seasons.

StubHub/Secondary Market Ticket Purchases: For tickets purchased via StubHub or another reseller, please refer to the help section of the site from which you purchased your tickets for details. The Brewers are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any ticket purchased via StubHub or any other secondary market reseller. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via StubHub should be directed to the Stubhub Help Center.
