Brewers Fan Appreciation

1. No purchase necessary to enter, or to win or claim a prize. Purchases do not increase chance of winning. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are, as of September 16, 2023, aged twenty-one (21) years or older and in attendance at the Brewers regular season home game scheduled for September 16, 2023 during the prize drawings described below, provided however that the drawing for the Grand Prize is open only legal residents of Wisconsin who meet the foregoing age and attendance requirements and the prize redemption requirements described in Section 5 below. See Section 6 below for information on how to attend the game without a purchase.

3. All federal, state and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes consist only of items expressly listed. All prize winners must complete all appropriate paperwork as required by law and by the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club Limited Partnership (“Brewers”, “MBBC”, or “Sponsor”) and, in the case of the Grand Prize, by the Chicago Region Toyota Dealers Association (“Toyota”) or the Toyota Dealer (as defined below), including but not limited to providing their valid proof of age and identity, social security number and address to claim prize package. Prizes with a retail value of Six-Hundred Dollars ($600.00) or greater require the winners to receive and complete a 1099 form, and as a condition of receiving a prize, the winner shall provide either a W-9 form or an affidavit containing the winner’s social security number. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative merchandise. Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no substitutions on any prizes (except that the Brewers, Toyota and/or Toyota Dealer reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value).

4. Brewers will select prize winners by random drawing from among all seat locations within the Brewers ballpark. The announcement of prize-winning seat locations will occur according to the following schedule during the September 16, 2023, Brewers regular season home game:

Middle 5th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the Club suite will be announced;
Middle 5th: the seat number for the winner of the Car will be announced;
Bottom 5th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the Yelich jersey will be announced;
Bottom 5th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the first Peralta jersey will be announced;
Bottom 5th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the first Williams jersey will be announced;
Bottom 5th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the first Contreras jersey will be announced;
Bottom 5th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the first Adames jersey will be announced;
Bottom 6th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the second Peralta jersey will be announced;
Bottom 6th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the second Williams jersey will be announced;
Bottom 6th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the second Contreras jersey will be announced;
Bottom 6th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the second Adames jersey will be announced
Bottom 6th: the seat, row, and section number for the winner of the third Adames jersey will be announced;
Bottom 6th: the row number for the winner of the Car will be announced;
Bottom 7th: the section number for the winner of the Car will be announced.

All winning seat locations will be displayed on the Center Field scoreboard for a limited period of time after they are selected. Winners may present their matching original ticket at Guest Relations on the Field Level Concourse behind section 115 to claim their prize within thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the game, or prizes (other than the Grand Prize) may also be claimed until Monday, October 17, 2023, by calling 414-902-4400. Each winning ticket reflecting the chosen seat location is eligible to claim one (1) pre-selected prize. All winners must present the original ticket, reflecting the winning seat location, within the noted time frame. Any person without such original ticket shall waive his/her right to such prize.

5. Prizes:
The Grand Prize will be one (1) 2023 Toyota Corolla LE in White (“Car”). The approximate retail value of the Car is Twenty-Three Thousand Eighty-Four Dollars ($23,084). The winner of the Car must be a legal resident of Wisconsin who is a legal adult, twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of September 16, 2023, with valid proof of age and identity. The winner of the Car must have and provide a valid and current driver’s license and proof of legally required insurance to Guest Relations. The winner of the Car will be able to take possession of the Car on a date to be determined. The winner of the Car must complete the Brewers’ prize claim form, and must provide any and all information and documentation requested therein or otherwise requested by the Brewers, Toyota and/or Toyota Dealer prior to taking possession of the grand prize Car. By accepting the Car, winner represents that he/she holds adequate, current, personally-held automobile insurance and will comply with all applicable laws. All information required must be provided at the time winner takes possession of the Car, or such Grand Prize is irrevocably and permanently waived. The winner of the Car shall be solely and absolutely responsible for any and all taxes, license, title, registration and service fees or other fees or costs of any kind, including, without limitation, any travel or transportation costs, associated with transferring and/or winning of the Car (provided, however, that the Car shall be delivered with no travel or transportation cost to the winner at an authorized Toyota dealer in the state of Wisconsin reasonably close in proximity to the winner’s residence (the “Toyota Dealer”), and for complying in all respects with all applicable laws and regulations. The Brewers, Toyota and Toyota Dealer and their respective affiliates shall have no additional liability or obligation whatsoever to or with respect to the Car or the winner of the Car following delivery of the Car. Color and all other specifications of the Car shall be determined by the Toyota Dealer.

• Prize Conditions for Prizes that include MLB tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of MBBC. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. MBBC and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

6. Any person can be eligible for this promotion and enter the ballpark free of charge following the completion of the fourth inning by receiving a free ticket at Windows 9 and/or 10 at the American Family Field Box Office. To be eligible for any prize, fans must have their ticket scanned as they enter American Family Field.

7. Odds of winning are determined by the number of fans in attendance at the ballpark on September 16, 2023, as of the applicable prize drawing.

8. The Fan Appreciation drawings will take place on September 16, 2023. Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the applicable prize drawing, as set forth in Paragraphs 3 and 4, above. WINNERS MUST CLAIM PRIZE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME.

9. This Brewers’ Fan Appreciation drawing is subject to and in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules set forth for this promotion and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this promotion, rule interpretation or award of any prize shall be submitted to the management of the Brewers, who will make a final, binding determination. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for MBBC, the other MLB Entities, and Toyota and/or their designees to use the winner’s name, address, photograph, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, the winner to the extent permitted by law.

10. Employees of the Brewers, Brewers Community Foundation, the other MLB Entities, Toyota, Toyota Dealer, those entities’ advertising agencies, or any of the aforementioned entities’ affiliates or subsidiaries, and those domiciled with or in the immediate family of any such employee, are prohibited from winning a prize. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

11. Each winner shall be required, upon request, to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (or similar document) and return such document to the Brewers within 14 days. The winner of the grand prize shall be required, if applicable, to accept and execute any other documentation as may be required by MBBC, Toyota or the Toyota Dealer in connection with the Car. Failure to return any required documents within the specified time period or other non-compliance with these rules will result in the potential winner’s disqualification and prize forfeiture. In such case, the applicable prize will not be awarded TOYOTA, TOYOTA DEALER, THE BREWERS AND THE OTHER MLB ENTITIES SHALL NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAR OR ANY OTHER PRIZES PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THE FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT PROMOTION AND/OR ANY PERSON’S PARTICIPATION IN THE FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT PROMOTION. THE CAR SHALL BE DELIVERED SOLELY WITH THE EXPRESS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE OWNER’S GUIDE FOR THE CAR, WHICH WARRANTIES SHALL RUN FOR THE PERIOD SET FORTH IN SAID GUIDE. The Car shall only be delivered at the Toyota Dealer. The Brewers, the other MLB Entities, Toyota and the Toyota Dealer shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the Car, and timing of delivery is subject to availability. The Brewers, Toyota and the Toyota Dealer, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Car within ninety (90) days after receipt of all required items/information within the allotted time frame. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Car after it has been delivered to the winner. The winner must personally retrieve the Car within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery and must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance (or an alternative winner shall be selected and the original winner’s rights to the Car shall be automatically forfeited).
