Use your points to redeem for exclusive items and experiences only available through Compadres Fan Rewards. Highlights include custom items, autographed memorabilia, experiences, Member events and more. Use points on Marketplace items and experiences or weekly Auctions (running Mondays at 9:00 a.m. to the following Monday at 9:00 a.m.). New items, experiences and auctions are added every Monday at 9:00 a.m. and Member events are loaded the first Tuesday of each month. Points used to redeem items, experiences or auctions are nonrefundable. Once you use your points to purchase something on the portal you will not be able to return or exchange the item or receive a refund for the point value. You will have 30 days to redeem your items after purchase. If you fail to pick up your item(s) before then you will forfeit the item(s). Points expire at the end of each year on December 31.
Offseason Item Pick-Up
At this time, the Padres offices, Advance Ticket Windows and Ticket Office Lobby are closed. When they re-open you can schedule a time with your Membership Service Representative or a Compadres Fan Rewards representative to pick up items at the Ticket Office Lobby. Due to the current circumstances, the 30 Day Item Redemption Policy will temporarily be released and all items will remain in your wallet until June 30. This will take effect for all items redeemed beginning March 19. Beginning July 1, the 30 Day Item Redemption Policy will go back into effect.
Fans will continue to have the ability to purchase the Compadres Fan Rewards Mailing Option for $10.00. Items are typically mailed on a monthly basis, however the next mailing will be subject to the re-opening of our offices.
Please Note: If you select the mailing option but chose to pick up your item(s) at Petco Park, you will forgo them being mailed to you.
