Digital Ticketing Guide
Managing your tickets is now easier than ever! Simply visit Padres.com/MyTickets to log in to your MyTickets account using your username and password. Follow the steps below to exchange, transfer, sell, or donate your tickets.
Access Tickets
Ballpark app:
- Open the MLB Ballpark app on your phone.
- Select the Profile tab icon.
- Make sure the email addresses you use to purchase tickets are listed under My MLB Account Emails.
- Select Add Another Email if necessary and Send the verification email for the corresponding email.
- Click the link in the email to allow access to your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app.
MyTickets:
Go to Padres.com/MyTickets
Use the MLB.com email address and password associated with your membership.
Click Verify and then choose how to verify your account – option for email or text.
Enter the code and click Verify.
Exchange Tickets
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- Click on the Exchange button on the left-hand menu to access the list of games you can exchange. This page is filtered by month, click All on the drop down to see all inventory.
- Select the game you want to exchange and then the seats you want to exchange.
- Click Find Eligible Events to see the games you can exchange into and select your desired game.
- Select your seat(s) from the map and click Buy Seats. You will need to check out with the same number of seats that you are exchanging out of and may not leave a single seat.
- In the shopping cart, you can review the seats and complete your exchange. If upgrading tier or seat location, payment is required at checkout.
- To complete your exchange, click Place Order, and a confirmation email will be emailed to you.
Forward Tickets
Ballpark app
Make sure the recipient has downloaded the MLB Ballpark app and logged in before accepting the tickets.
- Open the MLB Ballpark app.
- Select the Tickets tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Choose the event that contains the tickets you want to forward. You can only forward tickets from one event at a time. Multiple events need to be forwarded separately.
- Select Forward Tickets.
- Choose the tickets you wish to forward.
- Select Forward Tickets.
- Click Share Link to send through a text message or email.
Recall Tickets
- Select the Tickets tab on the bottom navigation bar.
- Select the event you are recalling.
- Select Cancel or Recall on all the tickets you wish to recall.
- The recipient will receive a notification informing them that the tickets have been removed from their wallet and returned to yours.
- You can now access the tickets through the Tickets tab. If your tickets do not show up immediately, refresh the app by sliding your finger from top to bottom on your phone screen.
Forwards from the Ballpark app can only be cancelled or recalled within the Ballpark app.
MyTickets
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- Click Forward in the left-hand menu.
- Choose the event that contains the tickets you want to forward by clicking on the opponent logo. You can search for a specific event by month in the top left corner or click All on the drop down to see all inventory.
- Select individual tickets or click Select All to forward tickets for that event.
- Select a recipient:
- Click Choose Friend to choose a name from your Friend List. You can search for friends by typing their name or email in the Find Friend bar.
- Or Add Friend and follow instructions to add a new contact.
- To send more than one event at a time choose Add More Tickets. If you are happy with your selection, choose Forward Tickets to complete the process
- You will receive a confirmation message and email indicating a successful transfer of tickets.
Recall Tickets
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- On the right-hand side under upcoming events, click View All Ticket Inventory.
- Select the event that you wish to recall.
- Click Recall and select individual tickets or Select All to recall tickets for that event.
- Click Continue.
- Review your order and click Recall Tickets.
Sell Tickets on SeatGeek
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- Click Tickets on the home screen.
- Click Sell on the left-hand menu.
- Select an event from the list and click on the arrow to the left of each game to expand the available tickets.
- Select the tickets you are looking to resell and click Continue to be transferred to SeatGeek’s website.
- Create a SeatGeek account using the email address tied to your MLB ballpark app.

Donate Tickets
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- Click Tickets on the home screen.
- Click Donate Tickets on the left-hand menu.
- Select an event from the list and click on the arrow to the left of each game to expand the available tickets.
- Select the tickets you are looking to donate and click Continue.
- Confirm your event selection and checkout.
Purchase Discounted Offers
Additional Tickets/Parking
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- Click on the Special Offers banner on the home screen.
- Select the Special Offer you wish to redeem. You can only purchase one Member offer at a time.
Theme Game Tickets
Member Theme Game Items are available in the Special Offers section, this process is for Theme Game packages that include the item and game ticket.
- Log in to Padres.com/MyTickets.
- Select Member Theme Games on the left-hand menu.
- You will be redirected to the Discounted Member Theme Game page, where you will select your desired Theme Game.
- After clicking Buy Tickets, you will see a pop-up with an Exclusive Offer for the event. Click Select next to the Theme Game name and click Continue.
- Select from available seats and complete your purchase.
