Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the best place to buy Philadelphia Phillies tickets?
The best place to purchase official Phillies tickets is directly through Phillies.com. Fans can purchase single game tickets, season ticket plans, group tickets, Theme Night tickets, and other special ticket offers through official Phillies channels. Single game tickets are also available through the MLB Ballpark app, while group tickets can be purchased by calling 215-463-1000. Purchasing through the Phillies also ensures access to exclusive Theme Night packages and special ticket offers that may not be available through third-party marketplaces.
When is the best time to buy Phillies tickets?
Fans interested in a specific Phillies game, seating location, promotion or Theme Night should consider purchasing tickets in advance. Ticket availability and pricing can vary by game, opponent, date and demand, and popular games may have more limited seating options as game day approaches.
Does Citizens Bank Park sell Phillies tickets at the box office?
Yes, the ticket windows at Citizens Bank Park are open on game days, though availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend purchasing via phillies.com or through the MLB Ballpark app before arriving at Citizens Bank Park to secure your tickets in advance.
Do the Phillies offer discounted tickets for military members and first responders?
Yes. The Phillies offer discounted tickets to select home games for eligible military members, first responders and government officials through GovX. Eligible fans must verify their status through GovX before purchasing tickets through the offer.
What are Phillies Theme Nights?
Phillies Theme Nights are special games and events designed around particular interests, organizations, communities or celebrations. Many Theme Nights include an exclusive item available only to fans who purchase the designated Theme Night ticket. If a Theme Night includes an exclusive item, fans must purchase through the specific Theme Night ticket offer at phillies.com/themenights to receive it. What is the difference between a Phillies giveaway and a Theme Night ticket item?
Phillies promotional giveaways and Theme Night items are different. Promotional giveaways are generally distributed at Citizens Bank Park according to the eligibility and distribution terms listed for that specific promotion. Theme Night items are available only through the designated Theme Night ticket offer and are not ballpark-wide giveaways. Fans should review the details for the specific promotion or Theme Night before purchasing tickets.
Where can I find the Phillies promotions and giveaway schedule?
The current Phillies promotions schedule is available on Phillies.com/promotions. Where can I find Phillies Theme Nights and special ticket offers?

I received Phillies tickets from someone else. How do I access them?
