2020 Season Ticket Renewal Information

Thank you for being a Rays Season Ticket Holder! You now have the opportunity to renew your season tickets for the 2020 season. You may also take advantage of a greater discount and additional benefits by extending your commitment for the 2020 and 2021 seasons with the Double Play opportunity. The deadline to renew is Friday, December 6, 2019. See below for additional information on renewal benefits, the Double Play opportunity and how to renew:

2020 Season Ticket Benefits

E-Cash Bonus

Receive an e-Cash bonus to spend on concessions, merchandise and parking at Tropicana Field during the 2020 regular season. The bonus amount is based on your ticket purchase, ticket plan and seating category. See below for more information:

For Full Season Ticket Holders with seats in the following areas, receive 1.5% of your season ticket seat purchase, up to $75 per seat:
- DEX Imaging Home Plate Club, Rays Club, Fieldside Box, Lower Infield Box, Louisiana Hot Sauce Left Field Ledge, Lower Box Preferred, Lower Box
For all other Season Ticket Holders, receive 1.0% of your season ticket seat purchase, at least $10 per seat, up to $75 per seat.

E-Cash renewal bonus will be loaded to your account prior to Opening Day and expires at the end of the calendar year.

Rays Rewards Points

Rays Rewards is an easy-to-use online points program, only available to Rays Season Ticket Holders! Renew today to earn one point for every dollar of your season ticket seat purchase for the 2020 season. Spend your points on exciting baseball experiences, exclusive Rays memorabilia and more!

Rays Rewards points expire at the end of the calendar year, however, Season Ticket Holders that renew for the 2021 season can have half of their remaining points rolled over to 2021.

How to Renew

Renew Online

Renew your season tickets for the 2020 season by Friday, December 6 by logging into your online account and completing your purchase. Once logged in, click on Ticketing at the top of the page. Go to the To Do List, then find your season ticket package and select a payment option. Continue through the online process until you reach the confirmation page.

Payment Options

Interest-Free Payment Plan
Spread out your payments over 8 months, interest free. For a full payment schedule, see your online account.
Pay In Full
Pay the full balance due and receive the following e-Cash bonus:
- 4% of your 2020 season ticket seat purchase if paid in full with cash or check.
- 2% of your 2020 season ticket seat purchase if paid in full with credit card.
