Vice President of Corporate Communication
Zineb Curran is the Vice President of Corporate Communications for the Boston Red Sox, responsible for proactive public relations strategy and communication for the clubs business, marketing, and philanthropic outreach including ticketing, non-baseball events, and the charitable efforts of the Red Sox Foundation.
Since joining the Red Sox in May, 2011, Curran has helped plan and implement media outreach for several major events such as Fenway Park's 100th Anniversary celebration in 2012, the opening of the club's new Spring Training facility, JetBlue Park at Fenway South in Fort Myers, FL, the Frozen Fenway hockey games in 2012 and 2014, Big Air Ski & Snowboarding, and Fenway Park's annual summer concert series.
Prior to joining the Red Sox, Curran managed proactive public relations strategy for Fidelity Investments' 529 College Savings and Tax Exempt businesses. She also served as Senior Media Relations Specialist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and began her career as a writer and producer for WCVB-TV's Emmy Award-winning newscasts.
A graduate of Northeastern University's class of 2003, Curran has a BA in Journalism, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for ZSchool.org, a non-profit organization that uses mentorship, project-based learning, entrepreneurial skill-building, and design thinking to position students as engaged citizens and agents of social change. Curran lives in Framingham, MA, with her husband and two children.
