Redemption for the Harvard University-colored Red Sox hat will be in the Jersey Street Team Store from when gates open at 5:15 p.m. until 7:45 p.m.  

Jersey Street Team Store 

• Enter via the ramp entrance of the store close to Gate D 
• Fans will present their ticket in the MLB Ballpark app
• One hat per ticket purchased through the promotion
• This location will be open until 7:45 p.m.

 Please note, we expect lines to pick up the giveaway items to be very long and appreciate your patience. To expedite the line, please have your tickets open and accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.

Thank you for joining us for Japanese Celebration on Tuesday, September 22.

Redemption for the Japanese Celebration jersey will be in Arthur's Way from when gates open at 5:15 p.m. until 7:45 p.m.

Arthur's Way near Gate A on Jersey Street

• This location is on Jersey Street close to the Gate A entrance
• Fans will present their ticket in the MLB Ballpark app
• One jersey per ticket purchased through the promotion
• This location will be open until 7:45 p.m.

 Please note, we expect lines to pick up the giveaway items to be very long and appreciate your patience. To expedite the line, please have your tickets open and accessible in the MLB Ballpark app. Once your tickets are scanned for item redemption, you must select a jersey size that is available at your redemption location. Jersey sizes will be available in adult S-XL, with preferred sizes distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Make sure to arrive early as there will be cultural performances on Jersey Street from when gates open at 5:15 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.

Thank you for joining us for the Grillo's Pickles Ticket Special on Tuesday, September 22.

Redemption for the cobranded Red Sox x Grillo's Pickles crewneck sweatshirt will be available adjacent to the Gate B Team Store from when gates open at 5:15 p.m. until 7:45 p.m.

Adjacent to Gate B Team Store

• The Gate B Team Store is located inside Gate B, next to the spiral staircase
• Fans will present their ticket in the MLB Ballpark app
• One crewneck sweatshirt per ticket purchased through the promotion
• This location will be open until 7:45 p.m.

Please note, we expect lines to pick up the giveaway items to be very long and appreciate your patience. To expedite the line, please have your tickets open and accessible in the MLB Ballpark app. Once your tickets are scanned for item redemption, you must select a crewneck size that is available at your redemption location. crewneck sizes will be available in adult S-XL, with preferred sizes distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Make sure to arrive early as there will be a pickle ride and photo op in the Big Concourse. The pickle ride and photo opportunity will end at 6:45 p.m. The Big Concourse is located behind the Bleachers, between gates C and B.
