Effective today, the Astros have made the following roster moves:

*RHP Riley Ferrell and RHP Alex Santos have been reassigned to the minor leagues.

*RHP Forrest Whitley and RHP Nivaldo Rodriguez have been optioned to the minor leagues.

All players will continue workouts at the Spring Training facility in West Palm Beach.
