HOUSTON ASTROS’ 2022 ALCS CHAMPIONSHIP ELITE FAN RING GIVEAWAY (THE “GIVEAWAY”) OFFICIAL RULES

During each all-fan ALCS Replica Ring Giveaway Days as shown in the chart below (each, a “Ring Day”) throughout the 2022 season, one (1) fan will receive one (1) 2021 ALCS Championship Elite Fan Ring (the “Prize”). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $4,999; total ARV of all prizes: $39,992.).

ELIGIBILITY: Must be present during a Houston Astros Ring Day throughout the 2022 championship season. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Houston Astros, LLC (“Club”), the other MLB Entities (defined below), and its parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to receive the Prize. The "MLB Entities" means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs, including Houston Astros, LLC ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

GIVEAWAY DISTRIBUTION: One (1) potential Giveaway recipient for each of the below eight (8) game dates will receive a Prize for being the 2,021 ticket scan at a pre-determined gate as outlined in the table below and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Club. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential Giveaway recipient will be declared the official recipient of the Giveaway (“Giveaway Recipient”). The decisions of Club are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Club. The Giveaway Recipient is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to any and all expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Giveaway Recipient. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-resalable with no cash redemptions except at Club’s sole and absolute discretion. Any personalization of Prize must be approved by Club. Limit one (1) entry per person/MLB Ballpark app account/household.

NOTIFICATION: The potential Giveaway Recipient will be notified via live in-game announcement and be presented on the videoboard. The potential Giveaway Recipient will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Club’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Giveaway Recipient to be selected by pre-determined seat location as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Club.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Club and the other MLB Entities are not responsible for the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Club shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Giveaway, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Club’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Giveaway (or any portion thereof) should unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway (or any portion thereof). Club also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.
