Boot Scoot 'n BBQ Street Fest

Put on your boots and two step your way down to Minute Maid Park for our annual Boot Scoot 'n BBQ Street Fest, presented by Pluckers on Saturday, September 7th! Fans with a Saturday, September 7th game ticket will have access to our country-themed Boot Scoot 'n BBQ Street Fest from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, right before the Astros take on the Seattle Mariners at 6:10pm.

Boot Scoot 'n BBQ Street Fest includes: 

  • Live music by Matt Castillo
  • BBQ 
  • Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, and Giant Connect 4
  • Local Houston Food Trucks
  • Face Painters and Caricature Artists 
  • Inflatables 
  • Really wanting to get in the country spirit? For just $20, you can purchase an add-on voucher that gets you an Astros Cowboy Hat!

Note - Fans must already have a 9/7 game ticket to purchase add-on voucher.

Here is some important information regarding the event:

  • Boot Scoot'n BBQ kicks off at 3:00pm in the Plaza and ends at 6:00pm
  • Cowboy hat redemption will be located in the Plaza near the Left Field Gate entrance, next to the box office at Left Field Gate. 
  • Redemption of the cowboy hats will end promptly at 6:00pm.
  • Only vouchers will be accepted as valid proof of purchase. Email confirmations will not be accepted.

When you pick up your cowboy hat, please make sure your voucher is ready to scan in the MLB Ballpark App. If you have not downloaded the app and linked your tickets, please see the instructions below.

MLB Ballpark app Instructions

  • Download the MLB Ballpark app
  • Create or log in with an MLB.com account. Since your MLB.com account and your ticket account are separate, you will have to identify an associated ticket account to retrieve your tickets in the app. 
  • Tap the "Link Account" button, then enter the email address associated with your ticket account. An email will be sent to verify your email address. 
  • Click on the link sent to your email address. Your ticketing account will now be linked to your MLB.com account and your tickets will show up in your Ballpark app Wallet.
