Truth in Lending Compliance Notice

If you decide to license suite access and/or purchase suite tickets, certain of our payment options may require that we provide some information in connection with the Truth In Lending Act:

Creditor: The creditor is Athletics Investment Group, LLC and/or Athletics StadCo LLC.

Annual Percentage Rate: You will not be charged a credit fee or other charge to pay for your suite access and/or suite tickets. The cost of your credit as a yearly rate is 0%.

Amount Financed: You will not be charged a credit fee or other charge to pay for your suite access and/or suite tickets, such that the amount of credit provided to you or on your behalf is $0.00.

Total of Payments: The amount you will be obligated to pay for your suite access and/or suite tickets is equal to the amount of the purchase price, such amount being specified on the suite license agreement pursuant to which your purchase was made.

Finance Charge: There is no credit or finance fee charged to you in connection with the purchase of suite access and/or suite tickets. However, the creditor may charge a processing fee equal to up to 3% of any payment made by credit card in connection with sales of suite access and/or suite tickets.

Total Sale Price: The total cost of the purchase of your suite access and/or suite tickets, including any down payment you make, will be equal to the amount of the purchase price for suite services and/or suite tickets specified on the invoice provided to you.

Number of Payments: The total number of payments that you shall make is based on the payment plan you choose to pay for your suite access and/or suite tickets, if applicable. Suite owners or holders may choose any of the following options: (i) pay for the entire annual License Fee and cost of the tickets at the time of purchase; or (ii) pay for the annual License Fee and cost of the tickets in two (2) bi-annual installments each year during the term.

Amount of Each Payment: The amount of each payment you shall make is based on: (i) the total sales price of the suite and/or tickets you purchase; and (ii) the payment schedule set forth in your suite license agreement. The total number of payments you shall make is specified in your suite license agreement.
