Cardinals Baseball on FOX Sports Midwest
FOX Sports Midwest is in its 25th year as the Cardinals television partner and its eighth as the exclusive television home of Cardinals baseball. FOX Sports Midwest will televise approximately 150 regular season games along with 15 spring training games in 2018. The remaining regular season games will be carried as part of Major League Baseball's national TV packages with FOX, FS1 and ESPN. FOX Sports Midwest also airs the Cardinals Live pregame and postgame shows before and after each of its telecasts along with Cardinals Insider, a weekly 30 - minute show produced by the Cardinals.

Cardinals telecasts air on FOX Sports Indiana in southwest Indiana. If the Cardinals and Indiana Pacers play at the same time on FOX Sports Indiana, both games will be shown in southwest Indiana, with one game appearing on the primary FOX Sports Indiana channel and the other game on an alternate channel that is sometimes labeled FOX Sports Plus.

FOX Sports Southeast and FOX Sports South/FOX Sports Tennessee will carry most regular season and exhibition Cardinals telecasts in parts of Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi.
