Gameday Guide

The St. Louis Cardinals are committed to providing a safe, clean, fun, family-friendly environment. We strive to thoroughly understand and enthusiastically exceed guest expectations to ensure that Busch Stadium is fully accessible for all.
ADA parking for the All-Star Lot is located underneath the I-64 bridge, and ADA parking for Lot C is located along 8th Street. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis to those with a valid, state-issued disability placard or license plate and cannot be reserved in advance. Van-accessible spaces are available in accordance with ADA standards. Guests planning to utilize ADA parking are encouraged to arrive early to maximize availability.
Busch Stadium offers a multitude of food and beverage options. On gameday, use the Fan Food Guide in the MLB Ballpark app to find where your favorite item is served. Concession stands are cashless and only offer credit and debit payment options.
Outside food and beverages are permitted except in Luxury Suites. No alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard sided coolers. Beverages must be in sealed containers. Reminder that backpacks are not allowed.

Bags larger than 10" x 8" x 10", Guests are encouraged to limit bags for stadium entry. Exceptions will be made for medical bags and diaper bags with a child. All bags will be inspected upon entry.
In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may bring in items such as: bags, purses and soft-sided coolers not exceeding 10" x 8" x 10"; food, non-alcoholic beverages in factory-sealed plastic bottles no larger than 2 liters; empty cups, mugs, tumblers or plastic bottles.
- Alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beer
- Aluminum containers, glass bottles/items, metal cans, thermoses
- Animals (with the exception of service dogs or other service animals trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability or other service animal expressly authorized under applicable law)
- Chairs, stools, including bleacher seats with backs
- Containers - aerosol cans (i.e. hairspray, sunscreen), aluminum or glass cans and bottles, flasks, non-factory sealed plastic bottles larger than 2 liters, thermoses
- Drones
- Hover boards/skate boards/roller skates, roller blades
- Illegal substances
- Luggage
- Noisemakers of any kind, including, but not limited to air horns, cowbells, and Thunderstix
- Obscene, offensive, or indecent clothing
- Weapons of any kind
- Wrapped packages
While cigarettes and e-cigarettes/vapes are allowed in the stadium, smoking is prohibited in all areas except the designated smoking area at Gate 1.
Busch Stadium gates open 1.5 hours before game time Monday - Thursday and 2 hours before game time Friday – Sunday. Busch Stadium has 6 gates, which can all be viewed on our Seating Map here.
Fans who have tickets to the CommunityAmerica Cardinals Club will are allowed entry 2 hours prior to the scheduled game time at Gate 2.

Cardinals Nation hosts the Official St. Louis Cardinals Pre-Game Party before every home game! This ticketed* pep rally features a full buffet, all-inclusive bar, and DJ entertainment starting 2.5 hours before first pitch and ending at game time.
*Ticket to pre-game pep rally does not include admission to Cardinals game.

For your safety, the Cardinals have security roaming the Ballpark during all gamedays. If you see or hear anything that you would like to report, please text 314-300-1000 and a member of our security team will assist you.
Parking: Parking can be purchased online or over the phone at 314-345-9000
Metrolink: The closest Metrolink station is next to the Westin on the 8th Street side of the stadium. Metrolink normally runs until midnight. If the Cardinals game goes past midnight, Metrolink will continue running until the downtown platform is cleared. For Metrolink and Bus schedules call (314) 231-2345.
Rideshare/Drop-Off/Pickup Locations: Guests who are arriving at the ballpark via rideshare, taxi, or personal vehicles can be dropped off on the west side of the building on 8th St. north of Gate 3 or on the east side of the building on Broadway, just south of Clark St. Guests who are leaving the ballpark via rideshare, taxi or personal vehicles can be picked up on the east side of the building on Broadway, just south of Clark St. Clark St. will be closed in between the stadium and Ballpark Village.
After games and events conclude, 8th Street (from Gratiot to Clark) will be closed off for pedestrian safety.
In-Stadium: The Cardinals offer complimentary in-stadium cart service to assist guests to and from their seats. Upon entering the gates, please speak with an usher to arrange transportation. When you're ready to leave Busch Stadium, you may also request assistance from your seat to the gate of your choice.

Parking, concession stands, kiosks, the All-Star Lot, and other retail transactions made in the stadium will be cashless and only offer credit and debit payment options. Debit cards will be available for purchase using cash with no service fees at the following concession locations:
- 8th Street Market – Level 1 near the West Ramp
- Broadway Market – Level 1 across from Gate 6
- Terrace Market – Level 4 - Section 450
