1. The Cardinals University (CardinalsU) Student Ticket Program (the "Program") will allow eligible students to purchase tickets for St. Louis Cardinals home baseball games at Busch Stadium. All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the standard terms and conditions established by St. Louis Cardinals LLC ("Club") governing St. Louis Cardinals tickets, available at cardinals.com/ticketback.
2. MLB game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change.
3. All eligible purchasers of Program tickets must be active students at a recognized college, or university (an "Active Student"). Active Students are those are enrolled as a student at a post-secondary or higher education institution, including without limitation, any university, college, junior college or vocational educational institution that requires a high school degree or equivalent as a condition of admission, who have and use a valid student email address at time of registration and purchasing Program tickets, and who have submitted all information required for verification of active student status as determined by Club. Active Student status is subject to verification at any time. Purchasers who are unable to verify Active Student status may have their purchases voided and/or refunded.
4. Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets. Tickets will be viewable ninety (90) minutes prior to each game purchased.
5. The Program is open only to Active Students who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid student email address.
6. Club has the sole and exclusive discretion to determine: (a) the events (if any) for which Program tickets will be available and (b) Active Student status and all other eligibility for the Program.
7. Program tickets are subject to availability, with such availability to be determined in the sole discretion of Club.
8. Tickets must not be resold or used for any promotional purposes whatsoever.
9. Club reserves all rights to cancel any ticket purchased through the Program that Club, in its sole and exclusive discretion determines, was, or may have been, purchased or transferred in any manner that is inconstant with these Terms and Conditions.
