Fan Programs Representatives

Our Fan Programs Representatives serve as the face (and the backbone!) of our Compadres Fan Rewards and Compadres Kids loyalty programs. From engaging and servicing fans in an enthusiastic manner while distributing rewards, to assisting fans with in-game enrollment and other promotional efforts, our Fan Programs Representatives help add to the pulse of the ballpark on an every-game basis. Our Fan Programs Representatives take great pride in providing our Friar Faithful with a memorable experience and the highest level of customer service.

A Fan Program Representative should have a High School Diploma or GED, have at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and be available to work during all Padres home games and other special events as needed. We value candidates who possess outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality, with a strong ability to work well in a team environment.

Fan Programs Representatives are typically hired November-February with occasional opportunities throughout the season.
