Gates will now open at 5:30 PM! Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a live soccer game, played on the videoboards inside Petco Park. The match is set for 6 PM and the concert is expected to begin at 8 PM.

• Gates will open at 5:30 PM and the show will begin at 8 PM. No re-entry is permitted.

• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverage, including factory sealed and reusable water bottles.

• For enhanced ballpark security and to expedite the entry process for all our guests, Petco Park prohibits bags with the exception for single compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12” and infant and medical bags. Clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”.

Please refer to the points below for your entry based on ticket type. Guests can reference the email sent to all ticket purchasers for more information, including a map of specific park entry points.

VIP

• Guests with VIP tickets must enter through the Balboa Gate for access. VIP gates open early; please check your specific VIP ticket type for gate time. The Balboa Gate is located at the intersection of J Street and 9th Avenue.

• Guests with VIP tickets will need a designated Floor access wristband. Wristbands will be distributed upon entry at the Balboa Gate. Each ticket must be scanned in order to receive a wristband.

• VIP Check In closes at 8 PM. If you enter after 8 PM, you will not be able to receive your VIP Items and will need to enter through another open ballpark entrance.

Floor Tickets

• Guests with floor tickets, designated as sections A-C, must enter through the Gaslamp Breezeway located on 7th Avenue and K Street for access.
• Guests with Floor Tickets labeled as Sections A-C will need a specific access wristband before entry. Wristbands are available upon entry at the Gaslamp Breezeway gate entrance. Please note: Each ticket will be scanned in order to receive a wristband.

Seating Bowl Tickets

Guests with seating bowl tickets may enter at any gate listed below:

• East Village Gate located at the intersection of K Street and 10th Avenue.

• Gaslamp Gate located at the intersection of K Street and 7th Avenue.

• Home Plate Gate located at the corner of Park Boulevard and Tony Gwynn Drive.

• Park Boulevard Gate located at 10th Avenue and Park Boulevard.

Suites

• Guests who purchased a suite can enter any of the designated seating bowl entrances beginning at 6:30 PM. Suites will remain open 30 minutes following the conclusion of the event. A Padres Guest Experience representative can direct you to your suite should you need assistance.

We expect a large crowd for this concert and strongly recommend ticket holders to arrive early. Padres parking lots will open at 2:30 PM for pre-purchased passes. Day-of parking will be subject to availability. Purchase pre-paid parking below.

Please note: Tailgating is not permitted in the Tailgate Lot for this event.

For guests using rideshare, a designated rideshare loading zone is located across the street from the Bayfront Hilton Hotel (next to the Convention Center) on Harbor Drive and Park Blvd. We encourage guests to get dropped off and picked up at this location and then take the pedestrian sky bridge towards Petco Park.

Petco Park is a cashless venue. Credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted at all concessions locations. Petco Park is also a smoke-free facility; use of tobacco, vaping, e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the venue, however designated smoking areas will be available at each main gate.
