Curebound Concert for Cures: Elton John

Legendary music icon, humanitarian, and global superstar Elton John joins Curebound for the 2025 Concert for Cures on Friday, May 9 at Petco Park! Join us for this unique benefit concert, which is sure to be an extraordinary evening of music, hope, and accelerated impact in the fight against cancer.

Proceeds from this one-night-only event will benefit Curebound, a 501c3 organization that raises and invests funding for innovative adult and pediatric cancer research in San Diego. A portion of your ticket purchase may be tax-deductible.

Tickets will be available via presale on Tuesday, March 4 and all-access tickets will be available on Friday, March 7 at 10am PT.

We look forward to seeing you at Petco Park for the Curebound Concert for Cures featuring Elton John on Friday, May 9.

• Gates will open at 6:30 PM and the show begins at 8 PM. No re-entry is permitted.
• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverage, including factory sealed and reusable water bottles.
• Petco Park prohibits bags with the exception for single compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12” and infant and medical bags, and clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”.

Please refer to the points below for your entry point based on ticket type. Guests can reference the email sent to all ticket purchasers for more information, including a map of specific park entry points.

Tables on Floor: Sections A-E

• Guests with tickets (designated as section A-E) must enter at the Gaslamp Breezeway located on 7th Ave and K Street for access.

• Guests with Floor Tables labeled as Sections A-E will need a specific access wristband before entry. Wristbands are available upon entry at the Gaslamp Breezeway Gate entrance. Please note: Each ticket will be scanned in order to receive a wristband.

Tables on Floor: Sections F-N

• Guests with floor tickets (designated as sections F-N) must enter at the Park Blvd Gate located on Park Blvd and 10th Ave for floor access.

• Guests with Floor Tables labeled as Sections F-N will need a specific access wristband before entry. Wristbands are available upon entry at the Park Blvd Gate entrance. Please note: Each ticket will be scanned in order to receive a wristband.

Floor Tickets

• Guests with tickets on the floor (designated as sections FLR1, FLR2, FLR3, FLR4) must enter at the Park Blvd Gate located at the intersection of Park Blvd and 10th Ave for Floor Access.

Seating Bowl

Guests with seating bowl tickets may enter at any gate listed below:

• Gaslamp Gate located at the intersection of K Street and 7th Ave.

• East Village Gate located at the intersection of K Street and 10th Ave.

• Home Plate Gate located at the corner of Park Blvd and Tony Gwynn Drive.

Suites

• Guests who purchased a suite can enter through the Suite Entrance located on Park Blvd, or any of the designated seating bowl entrances beginning at 6:30 PM. Suites will remain open (30) minutes following the conclusion of the event. A Padres Guest Experience representative can direct you to your suite should you need assistance.

For the best event experience, we encourage ticket holders to arrive early. Padres parking lots will open at 2:30 PM for pre-purchased passes. Day of parking will be subject to availability.

Please note: Tailgating is not permitted in the Tailgate Lot for this event.
