Additional Information about Padres Tickets

How do I access my San Diego Padres tickets?
All Padres tickets are digital and can be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app. Log in using the email associated with your ticket purchase to view and manage your tickets. You can display your tickets in the app for entry - screenshots are not accepted. For the fastest entry, we recommend transferring tickets to each guest in your party in advance, so everyone has their own mobile ticket.
What should I know before arriving to Petco Park with my mobile tickets?
Be sure to download the MLB Ballpark app and log in before arriving. We recommend accessing your tickets in advance. You can even save them to your mobile wallet in case of connectivity issues at the ballpark!
What is the bag policy at Petco Park?
For security and faster entry, bags are limited to:
  • Single-compartment clear plastic bags (max 12” x 6” x 12”)
  • Small clutches or purses (max 5” x 7”)
  • Infant and medically necessary bags

Backpacks and larger bags are not permitted.

How do I link my account to ensure my tickets appear in the Ballpark app?
Make sure the email used to purchase your tickets is connected to your MLB account in the Ballpark app. If needed, add and verify the email address under your MLB account settings so your tickets populate automatically.
Are there rules for prohibited items (e.g., umbrellas, cameras, outside food)?
Yes. Key policies for Padres games include:
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted
  • Guests may bring factory-sealed plastic water bottles (1 liter or less)
  • Soft-sided juice or milk containers are allowed
  • Guests may also bring outside food for individual consumption
  • Medically necessary liquids are permitted in sealed containers
  • Items such as large bags, professional cameras, and certain large objects (including oversized umbrellas or inflatables) are prohibited.

Padres.com is the official ticket source, ensuring verified and authentic tickets. Leverage your My Tickets account for ticket management including resale and transfers. Padres season ticket members should refer to their policies regarding resale limits. For fans interested in purchasing resale tickets, be sure to use an approved MLB secondary ticket marketplace.
What is the policy for ADA seating and accessibility requests?
The San Diego Padres are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all guests at Petco Park. Accessible seating is available throughout the ballpark, including:
  • Wheelchair-accessible seating
  • Semi-ambulatory seating (with additional legroom)
  • Transfer seating (armless aisle seat)
  • Accompanying companion seats are typically available
