Phillies holiday sale and tree lighting ceremony this weekend

On Saturday, December 10, and Sunday, December 11, the Phillies will host their annual Holiday Sale & Food Drive at the Majestic Clubhouse Store at Citizens Bank Park.

The two-day event will be highlighted by a holiday tree and ballpark lighting ceremony (Saturday only), complete with carolers, Phillies Ballgirls, Phoebe and the Phillie Phanatic as Phanta Claus. Phillies manager Charlie Manuel and right-handed pitcher Vance Worley will also be joining the festivities.

Both days will feature free photos with Phanta Claus (please bring own camera), broadcaster meet and greets, Phillies Charities memorabilia and Phillies Authentics sales with game-used and other unique items, and more. Fans will also have an opportunity to help paint The Phillies Mural (Saturday only).

            Those attending the event are asked to help the needy by bringing canned food items to the Majestic Clubhouse Store to benefit Philabundance. Last year, thousands of canned goods were collected at the event.

            Parking is free in Lot S, located off Pattison Avenue between Broad Street and Citizens Bank Way. (Must mention the Holiday Sale for free parking).

5:00 p.m. – Holiday Tree & Ballpark Lighting: See the Phanatic, Charlie Manuel and Vance Worley light the Tree and Citizens Bank Park
