Newcomb will be making his first start since he moved to the bullpen after returning from Triple-A in early May. The lefty will need to be efficient because he'll likely be limited to 75-80 pitches.

Velasquez, a starter for much of his career, will serve as the opener on Sunday. Expect to see Cole Irvin in some capacity to help out.
RHP
2-5, 5.53 ERA, 48 SO
Foltynewicz halted his home run woes in his last outing, but he issued four walks and saw his home ERA rise to 7.18 (six starts). He has been unable to find a feel for the slider, which was his primary weapon during last year's All-Star campaign.
