Lisa Washall is the Director of Financial Operations & Reporting at the Phillies, joining the Club in 2017.

As Director of Financial Operations & Reporting, Lisa’s main responsibilities are financial reporting including quarterly and annual financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial reporting to Major League Baseball, as well as overseeing the daily responsibilities of the accounting functions including treasury and cash management, budgeting and forecasting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Lisa began her career as an auditor at PwC where she worked in the Private Company Services practice for seven years in three separate offices: McLean, VA, New York, NY, and Philadelphia, PA.

She also attended Wake Forest University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Finance and her masters in Accounting. She holds an active CPA license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Lisa was born and raised in Montgomery County, and now lives in Bucks County with her husband, Ryan and two children. Inspired by her brother’s career with UrbanPromise, Lisa recently joined the UrbanPromise Board of Directors.

Anthony Mauro joined the Phillies as Director, Accounting in November 2024. Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Anthony is a graduate of Roman Catholic High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in both accounting and business information systems at the University of Pittsburgh, where he was on the ice hockey team.

As Director, Accounting, Anthony’s main responsibilities include managing the month-end and year-end accounting close process, as well as performing and overseeing a variety of general accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue and expense accounting.

Prior to joining the Phillies, Anthony served in a variety of accounting and financial reporting roles for AgroFresh, Inc., Clarivate PLC, and Ernst & Young LLP. He holds an active CPA license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Anthony resides in Willow Grove, Pa., with his wife Brianna and their daughter, Frankie.

Ben joined Citizens Bank NA in 2014 and works as a Corporate Banking Senior Vice President Relationship Manager. He has over 20+ years of Relationship and Portfolio Management experience with public and private companies in the middle market. Ben works directly with ownership and C-Suite Executive Management to provide financial solutions and manage the day to day Banking needs of his clients. Prior to Citizens Bank, Ben held similar roles at HSBC PLC and Truist Bank.

Ben serves on the Board of Trustees for Eastern University (St. Davids, PA) as well as an active Board Member of the Association of Corporate Growth (MD chapter). Ben volunteers as a baseball coach for the past 6 seasons in Wallingford PA. He also volunteers with Common Impact to support social equity through skill-based volunteerism and served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Benchmark School (www.Benchmarkschool.org) for 7 years. Ben dedicates nearly 250 hours of his time each year to these worthy organizations and believes strongly in giving back to the community.

Ben graduated from the University of Richmond in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Double Concentration in Accounting and Finance and currently lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and three children.

Brian McCann is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania and a Partner in the Philadelphia Forensic practice of KPMG LLP with 25 years of experience. He provides consulting and investigative services for attorneys and corporate management on a variety of matters involving earnings management, regulatory compliance, business disputes, corporate compliance and other related issues. Brian has obtained significant experience in earnings management and bribery and corruption investigations, along with assessing the need for remedial action and the assessment of associated internal controls. His experience includes:

• Investigated the misappropriation of assets from public, private and government organizations. These efforts included interviewing employees and corporate officers to document fraudulent activity and obtain additional pertinent investigative support.

• Performed investigations of fraudulent expense reporting by a senior executive, as well as performed multiple disgorgement calculations to identify ill-gotten gains associated with alleged regulatory violations.

• Directed multiple accounting investigations at the direction of Counsel in the aerospace, manufacturing, and consumer products sectors.

• Evaluated the adequacy of dozens of investigations performed at KPMG audit clients to assess the adequacy of investigations performed by Company Counsel and selected advisors. He has also evaluated and documented corporate internal control and corporate policies/procedures for both manufacturing and banking clients to ensure proper compliance with the mandated corporate policies.

• Assisted in the financial statement audits of multiple Fortune 500 and smaller regional companies in the manufacturing and banking arenas by developing and implementing audit procedures to ensure proper compliance with GAAP and or corporate mandated standards.

• Directed an investigations of fraudulent expense reporting by a senior executive, as well as directed numerous international investigations and risk assessments surrounding allegations of FCPA violations.

• Directed multiple pre-acquisition FCPA due diligence engagements, and also directed a large-scale anti-bribery and corruption compliance assessment in South Africa on behalf of a fortune 10 US based company.

• Performed corporate intelligence procedures in various industries including medical devise, energy and industrial markets, managed a cross border investigation that spanned the US, EMEA and APJ geographies to assess allegations of potential earnings management, and more.

Brian is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. A graduate of Widener University, he is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Forensics.

Kenny started with the Phillies while still in high school in 1999, serving as both an intern in the Outreach Department and a game day employee for the Phillies Fan Clubs. While attending Villanova University the following years, he continued his office internship at the Phillies during each of his summers off from school until graduating in 2004.

In 2007, Kenny joined the Outreach Department as a full time Representative. Along with his colleagues in his department, he has been involved in the planning and implementation of many programs during the season that are geared towards evolving baseball fans. These programs range from Phillies Coaches’ Clinics and the Phillies Baseball Academy for kids, to high school and collegiate showcase tournaments for teens and young adults, to Batting Challenges and mini-Fantasy Camps for corporate sponsors. He has also overseen the operations of the Phillies Fan Clubs and managed its staff of game day employees.

Kenny now works in conjunction with the Phillies Outreach, Events and Sales Departments to plan and promote outreach and community focused events at the Ballpark and around the city, as well as to keep the Phillies connected with Philadelphia’s diverse communities. He also assists with the Phillies front office recruitment efforts and events focused on elementary, high school and college students. Kenny currently serves on the PHL Diversity Advisory Board, the Healthy NewsWorks Advisory Board and the UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball Committee.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Kenny continues to reside in his native region.

The 2026 season marks Dickie Noles' 35th with the organization after rejoining the Phillies in 1992. Prior to becoming a club ambassador, he spent 28 years as an employee assistance professional and, before that, four years in the community relations department.

Dickie pitched for parts of 11 major league seasons with the Phillies (1979-81; 1990), Chicago Cubs (1982-84; 1987), Texas Rangers (1984-85), Cleveland (1986), Detroit Tigers (1987) and Baltimore Orioles (1988) and finished his career at 36-53 with 11 saves and a 4.56 ERA in 277 games (96 starts). Selected by the Phillies in the fourth round of the June 1975 draft, Dickie was a member of the 1980 World Series champions, pitching in relief.

In 1989, Dickie won the Texas Rangers Community Service Award and in 1992 he was honored as the International Christian Athlete of the Year. Other awards he has won include the Humanitarian of the Year by the Sunshine Foundation in 1997 and the Humanitarian Award from the Philadelphia Sports Writers Association in 2010. In 2019, he won the Richie Ashburn & David Montgomery Special Achievement Award, given annually to a Phillies employee who has demonstrated loyalty, dedication and passion for the game. Dickie was inducted into the All Sports Museum of Southern New Jersey in October 2021.

Dickie was born in Charlotte, N.C., and currently resides in Aston, Pa. He has one daughter, Brittany, twin sons, Christopher and Nicholas, and five grandchildren.

An outfielder for the 1993 National League champs and hitting coach for the 2008 World Series champions, Milt Thompson returned to the Phillies organization as a community club ambassador in March 2022. In this role, he serves as a club resource for community outreach with an emphasis on youth baseball and softball development, working with the Phillies RBI program and the Phillies Urban Youth Academy.

Milt previously served the Phillies as major league hitting coach (2005-10) following one season as first base coach (2004). From 2005-09, Milt guided Phillies hitters to the National League lead in home runs, RBI, runs, extra-base hits and total bases. He also served as a coach on the NL All-Star team in 2009.

Originally drafted by the Atlanta Braves out of Howard University in 1979, Milt played 18 years of professional baseball, including 13 seasons in the majors with the Braves (1984-85), Phillies (1986, 1993-94), St. Louis Cardinals (1989-92), Houston Astros (1994-95), Los Angeles Dodgers (1996) and Colorado Rockies (1996). He hit .313 with six RBI in 1993 World Series and set a Phillies record with five RBI in Game 4 at Veterans Stadium.

Milt began his coaching career in 1997 as minor league outfield/baserunning coordinator for Tampa Bay before joining the Phillies minor league system as a coach at Reading (1998-99) and outfield/baserunning coordinator (2001-03).

Born in Washington, D.C., Milt lives in Sewell, N.J. with his wife Carole. He has four daughters: Torri, Jennifer, Courtney and Alyssa.
