Does REDS.TV replace FanDuel Sports Network?

Yes. Locally distributed Reds games are now produced and distributed by Major League Baseball under the name REDS.TV beginning with the 2026 season.

I watched Reds games last year through a cable or satellite provider. Do I need to do anything different to watch games this year?

No. It is our understanding that if you currently get Reds games from a cable or satellite provider, you do not need to purchase anything additional. Our expectation is that fans will be able to get Reds games from the same provider in 2026.

Will I be able to watch all Reds games?

Locally distributed games will be available on cable and satellite providers subject to national broadcast exclusivities. A small number of games are subject to national broadcast exclusivities with partners such as FOX, NBC/Peacock and ESPN, and you would need to have access to those networks in order to watch those games.

What channel will the games be on with my cable/satellite service?

The Reds are working with Major League Baseball to finalize those channel locations/numbers for each provider. Specific channel locations and cable and satellite providers will be announced closer to the season. We expect that the channel locations will be located near other sports programming on your guide.

How do I know if I live in the Reds regional TV territory?

The Reds regional TV territory will remain consistent for 2026, including all or parts of eight states (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi and Virginia). You can click here to enter your zip code to confirm if you are in the territory.

How do I watch Reds games if I live outside of the Reds regional TV territory?

Existing out-of-market Yearly and Monthly MLB.TV subscribers can continue to watch Reds games on MLB.TV outside of the Cincinnati area. Non-subscribers will need to purchase an MLB.TV Yearly or Monthly subscription in order to watch.

Will I be able to stream Reds games?

Yes! Fans in the Reds regional TV territory can stream REDS.TV on a variety of devices through the MLB app. Fans who live outside of the Reds regional TV territory will continue to have access to games by subscribing to MLB.TV.

Will Reds games be on streaming services such as YouTube TV, Hulu Live, etc.?

The Reds and Major League Baseball are working to confirm which providers and outlets will distribute Reds games. A list of all available platforms will be provided once that is finalized closer to the season.

Can I authenticate access to Reds games through the MLB App by using the credentials from my pay-TV provider?

Yes, authenticated pay-TV providers will be able to authenticate to REDS.TV through MLB.TV by Opening Day.

What if I do not have a cable or satellite provider?

Fans who do not have a cable or satellite service in the Reds regional TV territory will be able to get Reds games by subscribing to REDS.TV, MLB’s streaming service – with no blackouts.

How can I stream REDS.TV?

Subscribers will be able watch REDS.TV at home or on the go using multiple devices. For mobile and connected devices, fans will need to download the free MLB app and then login with their REDS.TV Username and Password. For a full list of supported devices, please click here.

How much will it cost to stream the games?

Pricing is expected to be $99.99 for the full season or $19.99 per month. Similar to other clubs, fans will have the option to purchase only Reds games or bundle this local package with MLB.TV to stream all games around the league.

How can I purchase a REDS.TV subscription?

REDS.TV subscriptions will be available in February. You can get the most updated information from the Reds by signing up to receive Reds emails at reds.com/newsletters.

Will there be local blackouts for the streaming package?

No! Fans in the Reds regional TV territory will NOT be subject to blackouts of local broadcasts on REDS.TV. Each year a small number of games are broadcast exclusively on FOX, ESPN or other national broadcast partners, and those would not be available on REDS.TV just as in prior seasons.

Will I be able to watch Reds games if I have a standard MLB.TV package, but not the REDS.TV package?

If you already have the MLB App downloaded, you’re one step closer to watching Reds baseball! Reds fans living within the Reds home television territory must purchase a REDS.TV subscription to stream Reds games. Only fans who live outside the Reds home market will be able to watch Reds games with the standard MLB.TV package.

Can I watch REDS.TV through the ESPN app as part of MLB’s new rights agreement?

No. In 2026, in-market REDS.TV games will only be streamed in the MLB App.

Partnering with MLB will provide Reds fans with the best quality broadcast and the most options for watching games however they choose.

How will the game presentation look different?

Fans can expect to see high quality coverage with many innovative features. MLB has produced and distributed live baseball games since 2009 through MLB Network and have been streaming games through MLB.TV for more than 20 years. In recent seasons, MLB-produced local games have incorporated national-level innovations including live drones, Wire Cam, RF cameras with a shallow depth-of-field cinematic look, and two Umpire Cam formats—the mask-mounted camera behind home plate and the chest-mounted camera in the field. These broadcasts have also delivered unprecedented player access, introducing multiple first-of-their-kind moments for MLB local coverage.

When will broadcasts start? Will Spring Training games be included?

Fans will be able to stream select Reds Spring Training games for free with REDS.TV, in addition to viewing them through their cable or satellite provider. A schedule of games will be determined closer to Spring Training.
