About Our Partnership
As part of the 10-year signature partnership between MassMutual and the Red Sox, the two organizations' Foundations have come together to create programs that support youth and education, encourage diversity, and make Fenway Park welcoming to all.
Together with Fenway Park Tours, the Red Sox Foundation and the MassMutual Foundation have opened the doors of Fenway Park to Boston Public Schools (BPS) 6th graders for an innovative and interactive experience through the Fenway Park Learning Lab presented by the MassMutual Foundation. By leveraging the unparalleled uniqueness of Fenway Park, we provide rich opportunities for students to learn by integrating activities focused on statistics, history, science, financial literacy, and more in many different areas of the ballpark. This partnership allows us to ensure young people have access to Fenway Park and can experience it in a fun, new way, together with their classmates.
The MassMutual Foundation also presents Picnic in the Park, an annual celebration that opens the outfield for all, with invited families from Boston, Chelsea, Lawrence and Springfield coming together to experience Fenway Park like never before.
