Group Tickets: FAQs

What is the COVID-19 Assurance?

You have the Red Sox guarantee that if any game(s) you purchase for your group are cancelled or have restricted capacity due to COVID-19 that inhibits the use of your specific seats and/or hospitality space, you have our promise that you’ll have the option to take the value of the impacted game(s) and apply it as a credit to your Red Sox account for future purchases, or have the value refunded in the same manner it was obtained.

Can I reserve tickets?

You may reserve tickets with your Account Executive at which point you will have two (2) weeks to finalize your guest count and submit payment. At the time of payment, you’ll only be responsible to pay for the number of tickets that you need (minimum of 20) and the remaining seats will be released from your account.

What is the minimum or maximum size for a group outing?

A group is considered a minimum of 20 tickets for a game. There is no maximum for a group outing, just based on availability for the game you are selecting.

What time can my group enter Fenway Park?

Groups can enter Fenway Park through any gate when Fenway Park opens 1 ½ hours before first pitch. We encourage groups to enter through the recommended Gate listed on your game ticket.

Where do you recommend my group to park or to order a Bus Parking pass?

We encourage guests to use public transportation to get to Fenway Park. More information on directions can be found here. Guests can park vehicles in any of the surrounding lots to Fenway Park. The Boston Red Sox and Fenway Park do not offer Bus Parking.

What happens if the game I purchase is postponed and rescheduled for a different date?

If legal game is not replayed or not rescheduled with same ticket valid, the rain check must be exchanged at the Red Sox ticket office in person by the lawful holder or by mail for a ticket of the same price, if available, for any future regularly scheduled game of the current season. If game is rescheduled NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued. The original ticket will be valid for the makeup game.

Can I purchase concession value for my guests to use around the stadium?

Our Loaded Value ticket option is a great way to add food & beverage credits onto your guests tickets to use at concession stands around the ballpark. Loaded Value comes in a fixed monetary amount of $10, $15, $25, or $40 which is applied directly to the barcode of the ticket.

What age do children require a ticket to enter Fenway Park?

Children three years of age and older require a ticket to the game.

When will I receive my tickets in the mail?

Group Tickets will not be mailed out. All tickets will be accessible digitally via MLB Ballpark App. Once your balance is fully paid, you'll be able to access your "My Tickets" account. Can I email my group tickets to my guests?

Group Leaders will be able to access their account online and email out tickets to their guests via Red Sox My Tickets. To access your account, please contact your Group Sales Account Executive or the Group Sales office at 617-226-6835.

Can I leave tickets at Will Call for my guests to pick up?

We do not allow tickets to be dropped off at any Will Call to be picked up by members of your party. We strongly encourage groups to distribute tickets to their guests before game time via My Tickets.

I reserved an area or space for my group at Fenway Park. Who can I contact regarding catering for my party?

Can Wally and/or Tessie come visit my group?

We do book Wally and/or Tessie appearances to visit your group during a game. For more information please contact your Group Sales Account Executive or the Group Sales office at 617-226-6835 or [email protected].

What if I can't login to my online account? What if I am having trouble with my online Account Manager?

All tickets are viewed and accessed via your mobile device. You must download The Ballpark App and select the Boston Red Sox as your favorite team. Once you login your tickets will be available. You are able to forward your tickets to your guests on The Ballpark App.
