Royals catcher Salvador Perez slugged a grand slam off Carlos Zambrano and drove in six runs in his sixth straight multi-hit game as the Tiburones held off the first-place Leones. Giants outfielder Gregor Blanco went 3-for-5 and scored three times out of the leadoff spot for La Guaira, while Mariners outfielder Franklin Gutierrez had three hits, an RBI and a run scored for Caracas. Twins prospect Oswaldo Arcia went 2-for-2 and drove in four runs -- his third consecutive multi-RBI effort -- as the last-place Tigres extended their winning streak to three games. Former Marlins farmhand Juan Carlos Perez homered and drove in three runs to lead the first-place Aguilas to their sixth consecutive win. Cardinals top prospect Oscar Taveras went 3-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored for Cibaeñas, which got two hits, an RBI and two runs scored from Dodgers utility man Elian Herrera.
