Unplayed Ticketed Postseason Games Policy
In the event that a Postseason series ends prior to your scheduled ticketed event date, the following policies shall apply:
- 1901 Society (Season Ticket Members): The value from any unplayed games will be credited toward the balance on your 2026 season ticket membership (credit will not include transaction fees). In the event that your 2026 season is paid in full, the value of unplayed Postseason games will be added as an account credit, which can be used for the purchase of additional tickets, ticket upgrade, the 2026 Postseason, or requested as a refund.
- Single Game Postseason purchases: Following the conclusion of the 2025 Tigers Postseason, you will receive an e-mail guiding you on your options for the remaining value from unplayed 2025 Postseason games. You will have an option to request a refund to the original method of payment, or apply the value as a credit toward a 2026 season ticket membership, group outing, or single game ticket purchase.
- For tickets issued through Major League Baseball’s central office, broadcast partners or participating or non-participating Clubs: a refund will automatically be posted to the payment form used for payment of the ticket. No credits will be issued and the ticket will have no cash value.
- Fans who purchased tickets through an authorized secondary market vendor (SeatGeek, StubHub, Ticketmaster, etc.) are advised to contact the vendor directly to learn about their Posteason policies.
