A: Your White Sox Ballpark Pass includes 28 regular season home games in April and May, including Opening Day (April 2), excluding Cubs series (May 15-17).

Q: Does my White Sox Ballpark Pass give me an assigned seat?

A: Yes, the White Sox Ballpark Pass is an assigned seat for each home game. Your location will vary from game to game.

Q: How do I access my White Sox Ballpark Pass for entry to the ballpark?

Q: Can I sell my White Sox Ballpark Pass for games that I do not attend?

A: The White Sox Ballpark Pass is not able to be resold. Posting your tickets for resale will result in the cancellation of your Ballpark Pass.

Q: Can I share my White Sox Ballpark Pass with someone else?

A: Yes, you can forward your ticket to any of the games in your pass. Your ticket(s) will be available for management in your White Sox Account 24 hours prior to each game.

Q: What happens if a game is rained out?

A: The rain cancellation policy for the White Sox Ballpark Pass is the same as the policy for a regular ticket. If the game is postponed and rescheduled on a date that did not have a previously scheduled game or is rescheduled to become a part of a split double header, your Passes are valid for the rescheduled game.
