When can I exchange my vouchers for a Diamond Suite?

Upon purchasing the Suite Flex Pack, you can contact your premium service representative or call 312-674-1000 when you are ready to exchange your vouchers for a suite.

Can I forward my tickets?

Yes, after your vouchers are redeemed, you can forward your tickets.

Step 1: Locate the ticket(s) you want to transfer to a friend and select "Transfer."
Step 2: Select the ticket(s) you want to transfer and select "Next."
Step 3: Fill out recipient information, select "Transfer" after reviewing all the information is correct.

If I use all my vouchers, can I buy more?

Yes, you can purchase additional vouchers (minimum of 80 vouchers) by calling your season ticket service representative or our ticketing line at 312-674-1000.

Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I am allowed to redeem per game?

Yes, the number of vouchers that can be redeemed at one time must be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 and is based on availability. The Voucher Pack does not include Opening Day or Cubs.

Which phones are supported?

The Suite Flex Packs are supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for access to your tickets through the White Sox Account Manager.

Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?

The voucher packages are a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Guaranteed Rate Field and seat assignments will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app.

Can I purchase a Suite Flex Pack if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?

Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Guaranteed Rate Field. Call 312-674-1000 for more information on other flexible ticket packages or visit whitesox.com/tickets.

Are my vouchers refundable?

We're sorry, all Suite Flex Pack purchases are non-refundable.

Entering Guaranteed Rate Field

How do I get into Guaranteed Rate Field with my vouchers?

First, you need to exchange your vouchers for game tickets. You can do this by calling your premium service representative or by calling 312-674-1000. Once you select a game and exchange your vouchers for tickets with a ticket representative, you will be provided with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Guaranteed Rate Field.

How does my guest scan in?

You can forward your ticket to your guest using the transfer function of your White Sox Account Manager.
