Braves' home park steps up menu for postseason

October 9th, 2023

Looking for something more than hot dogs, peanuts and Cracker Jack? Atlanta’s Truist Park has stepped up its menu for the postseason with exciting new offerings that are drawing rave reviews.

The expert reviewers over at The Infatuation put their stamp of approval on some of the mouth-watering fare being offered at the Braves’ home park, including a double cheeseburger, corn ribs, cheesy nachos (served in a full-sized souvenir baseball helmet) and a three-foot-long sub sandwich piled with freshly carved turkey, bacon, cheese sauce, fried green tomatoes and more.

And while The Infatuation folks haven't been able to try everything yet, those aren’t the only items fans can try at Truist Park this postseason.

There’s also the “Whole ‘Nother Ball Game,” a giant all-beef meatball smothered in pomodoro sauce, covered with mozzarella and served in a glove-shaped bread bowl; the “Sweet Grounder,” a sweet Italian sausage with provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, tobacco onions and garlic aioli on a hoagie roll; the “Brushback,” a half-pound of beef brisket smoked for 12 hours and covered in caramelized sweet onions, mushrooms and jalapeños; the “Fowl Pole,” three sweet-tea brined chicken thighs served with a trio of sauces; and the “Chicken Ain't Nothing but a Blue Bird” sandwich, featuring fried lemon pepper wet chicken breasts and green tomatoes sandwiched between glazed donuts.
