Purchasing Braves Ballpark Pass

Q: What is Braves Ballpark Pass?
A: Braves Ballpark Pass give fans subscription-based access to attend Braves games. For $39 per month, fans can attend any game they want and their subscription renews each month. Seats are standing room only. Please note you will need to download the MLB Ballpark app to utilize Braves Ballpark Pass offers.

Q: When will my Braves Monthly Pass renew each month?
A: On the last Thursday of each month you will be charged $39 for the following month. Braves Ballpark Pass will start for the April 3 game vs. the Chicago Cubs and run through September.

Q: If I purchase my Braves Ballpark Pass mid-month, will my subscription fee be pro-rated?
A: No. The monthly Braves Ballpark Pass fee is $39 per month regardless of when you purchase.

Q: How will I be delivered my barcodes and seat locations?
A: Barcodes for each game will be available after purchase within the MLB Ballpark app. To view your barcodes, go to the "Tickets" section and link your account with the email you used to purchase your pass (if necessary).

Q: How many Passes can I buy?
A: You may buy up to 2 Braves Ballpark Passes.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes, to cancel your subscription for an upcoming month you must email monthlypass@braves.com before the following deadlines to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • May 20 (June Ballpark Pass)
  • June 24 (July Ballpark Pass)
  • July 22 (August Ballpark Pass)
  • August 26 (September Ballpark Pass)

Q: If I buy a pair of Passes, how can my guest get his/her pass?
A: All passes will be delivered to the phone that purchases the Pass. If you purchase two Passes, for example, barcodes for both Passes will be delivered to your phone. You and your guest will need to arrive at SunTrust Park together.

Digital Pass Technology

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: Braves Ballpark Pass is available on and supported by iPhone and Android phones via the MLB Ballpark app.

Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: Yes, if it runs iOS 7.0 or later.

Q: Can I purchase the Braves Ballpark Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter SunTrust Park.

Entering SunTrust Park

Q: How do I get access to my barcodes?
A: Your tickets for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and select "Link Account" on the Tickets section of the app. Login with the email address you used to purchase. Once you link your account, you will have access to your digital barcodes on the Tickets tab.

Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at SunTrust Park together.

Q: Where can I expect to sit each game?
A: Seat location for Ballpark Pass are Standing Room Only.

Q: What if I lose the text message with a link to my Pass?
A: No problem! Simply go to the MLB Ballpark app, tap Braves Ballpark Pass in the services and information section, and you will see your Passes. If you're logged out, be sure to log in with the same email address and phone number you used to purchase your Pass.
