Payment, Event Agreement, and Policies

For Hospitality orders, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is due at the time of order and a $20 order charge applies per game.

An e-signature via DocuSign is required on Event Agreement for each reservation. Terms and conditions apply. If indicated in the terms and conditions of the event agreement, you are required to carry commercial general liability insurance (event insurance) for your event. If you do not carry event insurance, the Phillies can arrange coverage for you through MLB; the price is approximately $100. See the Group Policies page for additional exclusions and information.

If The Phillies determine, in its sole discretion, that any individual or entity did not adhere to the established ticket limits (if applicable), is re-selling the majority of the purchased Group, Splash Page, Coupon Code or Theme Night tickets on the secondary market, has violated any other ticketing policy or procedure, or for any other reason, The Phillies may classify a Group ticket purchaser as a Ticket Reseller. Ticket Resellers are not eligible to purchase Phillies Group tickets. The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, cancel and refund any Group ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Reseller. FAQs

All Party Suite, Club Deck and Hospitality Area rentals include a pre-selected menu and beverage service, which will automatically be provided on game day. Catering at Citizens Bank Park is provided by our partners at Aramark. You may add items to your menu in advance or discuss dietary needs by contacting Aramark catering sales manager Donna White at 267-570-2391 and [email protected]; please be prepared to provide game date and facility booked.

Pre-game Hospitality Areas are available to accommodate groups of 20 to 250+. All suites are equipped with a TV which can be used for presentation purposes (advance arrangements required). Access to the ballpark begins upon gate openings (typically 90 minutes before game time), and no early entry is permitted.

Early entry is not permitted. Access to your facility will begin when the ballpark gates open (typically 90 minutes prior to game time). For home games being played Monday through Thursday at 6:40 p.m., all ballpark gates open at 5:35 p.m. Please contact the Phillies at least two weeks prior to the game date to discuss room set-up.

Any child 3 years of age or older is required to have a ticket for the game.

All Group Party Area events are welcomed both pre-game on the main PhanaVision board and in-game on the side message boards during the top of the 2nd, 5th and 6th innings. The Phillies must have your message at least 72 hours before your game date. Otherwise, your message may not be displayed. Messages must be family-friendly in nature. The Phillies may elect to not display a message at its sole discretion.

If you have booked a Party Suite or Club Deck with less tickets than comfortable capacity, you may purchase additional tickets by calling Group Sales at 215-463-1000. The comfortable capacity in the Bill Giles Party Suites is 70 tickets, the capacity in Suites 10, 11 is 40 tickets, the capacity in Corporate Party Suites is 24 tickets, the capacity in HOF Club Decks 213, 215 is 22 tickets, and the capacity in HOF Club Deck 229 is 28 tickets.

If you have booked a Hospitality Area with less guests than comfortable capacity, you may purchase additional party passes and game tickets by calling Group Sales at 215-463-1000. Game tickets subject to availability and game ticket pricing may be differ from originally booked price. The comfortable capacity in Pass and Stow is 40 guests and the capacity on The Patio is 80 guests. The capacity on the Rooftop Catering Area is 100 guests, or possibly higher, the High & Inside Pub capacity is 80 guests, or possibly higher, and the Party Tent capacity is 250 guests, or possibly higher - please call Group Sales to discuss.

Preferred parking passes and Bus parking passes are available for purchase with all Group Party Area orders. Preferred passes are $28 each; Bus passes are $50.

All tickets, parking passes and Hospitality party passes will be issued via mobile delivery and accessible in the MLB Ballpark app. Visit the Phillies Mobile Ticketing page for guidance.

The tickets and passes will be available in the app after final payment is made; however, the barcode may not appear until closer to the game date, at the Philliesā€™ discretion. To distribute tickets and passes to your guests, use the ticket forwarding feature within the app.

For Party Suites and Club Decks, you may access your facility when the ballpark gates open (typically 90 minutes prior to game time). For home games being played Monday through Thursday at 6:40 p.m., all ballpark gates open at 5:35 p.m. Catering will be available through the end of the 5th inning or 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled game time, whichever comes first.

For Hospitality Areas, you may access your facility upon gate opening (typically 90 minutes prior to game time) and catering will be available for the 90 minutes leading up to first pitch. For home games being played Monday through Thursday at 6:40 p.m., all ballpark gates open at 5:35 p.m.
