Payment, Event Agreement, and Policies

For phone/email orders, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is due at the time of order, and a $25 order charge applies per game. All online orders include applicable fees and payment in full is due at the time of purchase.

An e-signature via DocuSign is required on Event Agreement for each reservation. Terms and conditions apply. If indicated in the terms and conditions of the event agreement, you are required to carry commercial general liability insurance (event insurance) for your event. If you do not carry event insurance, the Phillies can arrange coverage for you through MLB; the price is approximately $110. See the Group Policies page for additional exclusions and information.

If the Phillies determine, in its sole discretion, that any individual or entity did not adhere to the established ticket limits (if applicable), is re-selling the majority of the purchased Group, Splash Page, Coupon Code, FEVO Enterprises, or Theme Night tickets on the secondary market, has violated any other ticketing policy or procedure, or for any other reason, the Phillies may classify a Group ticket purchaser as a Ticket Reseller. Ticket Resellers are not eligible to purchase Phillies Group tickets. The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, cancel and refund any Group ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Reseller. All Party Suite, Deck and Hospitality Area rentals include a pre-selected menu and beverage service, which will automatically be provided on game day. Catering at Citizens Bank Park is provided by our partners at Aramark. You may add items to your menu in advance, including options to satisfy special dietary needs, by contacting Aramark Catering Sales Manager Shane Moran at 267-570-2381 or moran-shane@aramark.com; please be prepared to provide game date and facility booked.

Pre-game Hospitality Areas are available to accommodate groups of 25 to 300+.

All suites are equipped with a TV which can be used for presentation purposes. Must be arranged in advance - please alert the Phillies at the time of purchase. Suite access begins when the full ballpark opens (typically 90 minutes before game time), and no early entry is permitted.

Hospitality Areas are typically not suitable for presentations. Decks are not suitable. Please discuss your needs with the Phillies at the time of order.

All Group Party Area events are welcomed both pre-game on the main PhanaVision board and in-game on the upper ring message area during the top of the 2nd, 5th and 6th innings. The Phillies must have your message at least 72 hours before your game date. Otherwise, your message may not be displayed. Messages must be family-friendly in nature. The Phillies may elect to not display a message at its sole discretion.

Children aged two and under may be admitted to Phillies games without a ticket, but need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children aged three and above require a ticket.

If you have booked a Party Suite or Deck with less tickets than comfortable capacity, you may purchase additional suite/deck tickets by calling Group Sales at 215-463-1000. The comfortable capacity in the Bill Giles Party Suites is 70 tickets, the capacity in Suites 10, 11 is 40 tickets, the capacity in Cadillac HOF Suites is 28 tickets, the capacity in Corporate Party Suites is 24 tickets, the capacity in Cadillac HOF Club Decks 213, 215 is 22 tickets, the capacity in Cadillac HOF Club Deck 229 is 28 32 tickets, and the capacity in Miller Lite Liberty Landing Party Deck 142 is 32 tickets.

If you have booked a Hospitality Area with less guests than comfortable capacity, you may purchase additional party passes and game tickets by calling Group Sales at 215-463-1000. Game tickets and party passes must be purchased at a 1:1 ratio. Game ticket locations are subject to availability and game ticket pricing may differ from originally booked price.

The comfortable capacity by Hospitality Space:

  • Pass and Stow - 50 guests
  • The Patio - 100 guests
  • Rooftop Catering - 125 guests, or possibly higher
  • Party Tent - 300 guests, or possibly higher

Preferred, pre-paid, and bus parking passes are available for purchase with all Group Party Area orders. Preferred passes are $33 each; pre-paid passes are $30 each; bus passes are $60.

All tickets, parking passes and Hospitality party passes are issued via mobile delivery and can be accessed in the MLB Ballpark app. Visit the Phillies Mobile Ticketing page for guidance.

The tickets and passes will be available in the app after final payment is made; however, the barcode may not appear until closer to the game date, at the Phillies’ discretion. To distribute tickets and passes to your guests, use the ticket forwarding feature within the app.

Or, take advantage of the Group Tickets Tool which allows you to manage your RSVP’s and forward a large quantity of tickets in one click. Recipients will be prompted to use the Ballpark app to access the tickets you send them.

Party Suites, Decks and Hospitality Areas can be accessed once the full ballpark opens (typically 90 minutes prior to game time).

For Party Suites and Decks, catering will be available through the end of the 5th inning or 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled game time, whichever comes first.

For Hospitality Areas, catering will be available for the 90 minutes leading up to first pitch.
