We look forward to welcoming our Rays family back to Tropicana Field in 2022! Rest assured that if you have tickets for games that are canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 or any other reason, you will receive the value of impacted games as a credit to your account for future ticket purchases or a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note, tickets and parking passes are only accessible on a mobile device through the MLB Ballpark app. Please download the Ballpark app prior to arriving to the ballpark. Paper tickets, including print-at-home and PDF versions, are not available or accepted. 2022 Home Games
To encourage fans to prepay for parking, discounts are available up to 24 hours in advance of a game. Prepaid parking discounts are not available upon arrival. All parking passes are only accessible on a mobile device through the MLB Ballpark app.
Per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, masks are optional at Tropicana Field for guests fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fans age 2 and older who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a mask at all times. The Tampa Bay Rays encourage people to get vaccinated.
The terms and conditions of your ticket and policies applicable to use are updated to address COVID-19 and health & safety. By purchasing a Tampa Bay Rays ticket, you accept these Terms and Conditions as well as policies applicable to use.
