Reds invite 12 prospects to Spring Training camp
The Reds have invited the following players to 2016 Major League Spring Training camp: pitchers Timothy Adleman, Drew Hayes, Cody Reed, Layne Somsen, Nick Travieso and Zack Weiss; catchers Joe Hudson and Chad Wallach; infielders Alex Blandino and Carlton Daal; and outfielders Phillip Ervin and Jesse Winker.
First-round picks include Travieso (2012), Winker (supplemental round, 2012), Ervin (2013) and Blandino (2014).

Reed was acquired from the Royals in the Johnny Cueto trade in July.
The Reds' 40-man roster stands at 38.
