Pam Kenn

Senior Vice President, Community, Alumni & Player Relations - Boston Red Sox

Pamela Kenn is the Senior Vice President of Community, Alumni and Player Relations for the Boston Red Sox. Prior to leading her current department, Pam also served as Senior Director of Public Affairs, and Director of Media Relations, where she was the day-to-day baseball public relations contact and traveled with the team throughout spring training, the regular season, and the Postseason. Pam began her Red Sox career as an intern in June of 2000 and received her B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2001. Pam and her husband, Russ, their daughter, Holly, and son, Ryan, reside in Weymouth, MA.

Tony Bassil

Fenway Ambassador - Boston Red Sox

Tony joined the Boston Red Sox as a Fenway Ambassador in 2022. He will be joining the Lindos Sueños team for the first time in 2023. Tony is originally from Easton, Pennsylvania where he completed his BS degree in Business Management from Moravian University. He moved to Boston and completed his Master in Sports Leadership degree from Northeastern University.

Alberto M. Faña (Chico)

Coach - Lindos Sueños

Alberto is a professional MLB baseball coach with over 25 years of experience. He is an active member of the Dominican Youth Service League, with over 26 players that he developed and signed as free agents by MLB. He played professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies Minor League as First Baseman and Catcher from 1992-1994. He then worked as a Minor League manager, hitting coach and catcher roving instructor for 6 years in the Philadelphia Phillies Organization, from 1995-2001. From 2001 until mid 2022, Alberto developed an off-season baseball program with amateur and professional baseball players that focused on hitting, fielding, and running. He is currently residing in San Antonio Texas, where he is managing the middle school baseball team of Cornerstone Christian Schools and is also the catching coach for the high school Varsity and JV baseball teams since November of 2022. He is also working with the Trosky Southwest baseball organization, where he manages the Trosky's 12U and 13U and the summer baseball Trosky's 14U team.

Tim Heintzelman

Vice President of Creative Services & Content - Boston Red Sox & Fenway Sports Management

Tim joined the Red Sox in 2009 with Red Sox Productions and has been involved in the Lindos Sueños program since 2010. Tim has won over a dozen New England Emmys for Red Sox work in his career, including several for his coverage of the Lindos Sueños program. Tim currently works as Vice President of Creative Services & Content for the Red Sox, as well as Fenway Sports Management (FSM). Tim lives in Wellesley with his wife Jenny, and 4 boys George, Henry, Tucker, and Jackson.

Stacey Lamboni

Senior Manager, Red Sox Productions - Boston Red Sox

Stacey Lamboni is originally from Salisbury, Maryland. She graduated from Salisbury University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in communication arts. Shortly after college Stacey began an internship with NFL Films working in their productions department. After her season with NFL Films, she took a part-time position with the Boston Red Sox in their productions department. The role became a full-time position, and eight years later she is a 2x New England award-winning producer and editor for the team. During her spare time, she is a freelance video editor, shooting and editing for various companies.

Beatriz Lopez

Senior Manager, Digital & Multicultural Marketing - Boston Red Sox

Originally from Miami, Florida, Beatriz joined the Red Sox in 2019, working on developing digital marketing strategies for the organization. Her role has since expanded to include the development and growth of Red Sox owned Spanish language channels, and management of multicultural marketing efforts. Beatriz graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies and is currently pursuing her MBA at Boston University. She resides in Framingham, Massachusetts with her fiancé Mark and their dogs Mila and Winnie.

Fernando Marchan

Coordinator, Events & Experience - Fenway Sports Management

Fernando joined the Red Sox in 2021 as a Fenway Park Ambassador. He is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico and has recently received his MS from Northeastern University. He has now joined FSM as a full-time employee by becoming the events Coordinator for them. He helps plan different activations and experiences for both the Red Sox and FSM clients.

Nate Montero

Coordinator, Community Relations - Boston Red Sox

Nate is originally from Salem, Massachusetts. He graduated from Boston University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in political science, and he later graduated from Georgetown University with a Master in Sports Management. He joined the Red Sox Community Relations department in May 2021 and since then has managed the Commissioner's Community Initiative ticket program, in-kind donations, and auction experiences for the team.

Billie Weiss

Director, Creative Services & Photography - Boston Red Sox

Billie Weiss is an award-winning, Boston-based commercial and editorial photographer, director, and producer. He is the Director of Creative Services & Photography for the Boston Red Sox, and since 2012 has documented many notable moments in Red Sox history, including the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park, the retirements of David Ortiz and Dustin Pedroia, and the 2013 and 2018 World Series championships. He oversees the production of all creative campaigns for the Boston Red Sox and Fenway Sports Group. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Billie holds an M.S. in Journalism from Boston University and a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Goucher College. He lives on the South Shore of Boston with his wife, Alaina, and daughter, Josie.

Lidia Zayas

Senior Programs Manager - Red Sox Foundation

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Boston, Lidia has worked for the Red Sox Foundation since 2014 when she first started as an Intern for the Fan Services & Entertainment Team and later the Red Sox Foundation Fellow. A graduate from Suffolk University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Lidia majored in Business Management and minored in Finance & Sports Marketing. In her current role, Lidia helps to oversee and manage the direct-service programming for the Foundation. One of her primary responsibilities is managing the Red Sox Scholars, a college success program that awards a $10,000 college scholarship to 12 Boston Public School 7th graders and provides academic, professional, and social support to the students for at least the next nine years to ensure they graduate from college with as little debt as possible. In addition to overseeing the direct service programming and mentoring for the 337 Scholars in this program and the Red Sox Foundation's youth baseball and softball programming, Lidia has made meaningful contributions to the Foundation's fundraising and story-telling efforts.
