Pam Kenn

Vice President/Community, Alumni and Player Relations
Pamela Kenn was named Vice President of Community, Alumni and Player Relations for the Boston Red Sox in November of 2015. Prior to her promotion, Pam served three seasons as Senior Director of Public Affairs, with oversight of community, player and alumni relations, as well as the areas of publications, photography and archives. From November 2008 until January 2013, Pam was the club's Director of Media Relations. During that time, she was the day-to-day baseball public relations contact and traveled with the team throughout spring training, the regular season, and the Postseason. Pam began her Red Sox career as an intern in June of 2000 and received her B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2001. Pam and her husband, Russ, their daughter, Holly, and son, Ryan, reside in Weymouth, MA.


Frankie Gonzalez

Boston Red Sox, Fenway Ambassador
Mr. Gonzalez joined the Red Sox in 2002 as a Fenway Ambassador. Frankie has been part of the Lindos Sueños program since its inception, and has emerged as a passionate leader of the program, working as a coach and mentor, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager. He holds a BS in Marketing from Northeastern University and also works as Recruiting Coordinator at the MBA Career Center at Northeastern University. Frankie is married to his college sweetheart and has two young daughters.


Jesus Alou

Boston Red Sox, Director/Dominican Summer League Red Sox
Jesus, or "Jay" as the participants know him, joined the Red Sox organization in 2002. He has been involved in the game of baseball for over 50 years, as a player, coach, and scout. Originally signed as a pitcher by San Francisco in 1958, Alou converted to the outfield and played 15 seasons in the majors with the Giants, Astros, Athletics, and Mets. He played with his brothers Felipe and Matty on the Giants from 1963-65 and on September 15, 1963, they became the only three siblings ever to play the outfield together in a big league game. He won two World Championships with the A's in 1973 and 1974. In his final two seasons with the Astros, he served as a player/coach.


Alberto Faña

Lindos Sueños, Coach
Alberto Faña has been involved in the game of baseball for 15 years. He was signed by the Phillies organization in 1992 and played in their Minor League system for four years. He managed the Dominican Summer League for two years and later served as a roving catcher instructor for the Phillies in their minor league system. He has a baseball academy in the Dominican Republic where he instructs and develops players. He has been involved with the Lindos Sueños program since its inception.


Pete Smith

Boston Red Sox, Fenway Ambassador
Pete has been involved with Lindos Sueños since 2010. In addition to his work as a Fenway Ambassador for the Red Sox, Pete has worked at the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) since 2002, serving as the Assistant Executive Director. Pete is a graduate of Wheaton College (Sociology with a Minor in Business Management) and received his Masters in Education at Springfield College. He also played baseball at the collegiate level, having served as a team captain at Wheaton College for 3 years.


Ken Nigro

Lindos Sueños, Staff Member
Ken has been with the Lindos Sueños program since its inception, and has helped in a variety of roles. Ken has been a baseball man his entire professional career. He covered the Orioles for the Baltimore Sun for many years. He has also worked as the Director of Public Relations for the Yankees, and worked with the Orioles, Padres, and Red Sox. Ken is a graduate of Colby College.


Kathryn Quirk

Boston Red Sox, Specialist of Community Partnerships and Player Relations
Kathryn joined the Red Sox in 2008 as a Community Relations intern. She has been a part of the Lindos Sueños team since 2010. Kathryn received her Bachelor's degree in Communication from Boston College.


Tim Heintzelman

Boston Red Sox, Senior Director of Creative Services & Content
Tim joined the Red Sox in 2009 with Red Sox Productions, the Red Sox in house video production department, and has been involved in the Lindos Sueños program since 2010. Tim has won two New England Emmy's for his Lindos Suenos video segments. He currently works in Red Sox Marketing, overseeing Creative Services, which houses Red Sox graphic design, photography, publications, and new media. He received a BS in Film and Television from Boston University's College of Communication.


Billie Weiss

Boston Red Sox, Manager of Photography
Billie Weiss is based in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is the Manager of Photography for the World Series Champion Boston Red Sox. Currently in his eighth season with the Red Sox, he previously completed two Major League Baseball seasons as the Assistant Team Photographer of the Baltimore Orioles. He is also a freelance commercial, editorial, portrait, event, and wedding photographer and videographer, and produces visual content for private, local, and national clients of all types. He has been an official tournament Photographer and Video Producer for the US Open Tennis Championships, The Championships Wimbledon, the BNP Paribas Open, and several other tournaments and events on the ATP and WTA tours. He holds an M.S. in Journalism from Boston University and a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland.


Claire Durant

Boston Red Sox, Director of Business and Government Affairs
Claire joined the Red Sox in 2007 as a Fenway Ambassador and has been a part of the Lindos Sueños team since 2016. As Director of Business & Government Affairs, Claire currently works with various Government entities to help maintain a positive working relationship between the City, State & Federal Government and the Boston Red Sox. Claire received her Bachelor's degree in English from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. Claire is originally from Dorchester, MA where she lives now with her husband.


Giannina Beltre

Boston Red Sox, Manager of Fan Services and Entertainment
Giannina, or "Nina" as she is most commonly known, joined the Red Sox in 2007 as a Fenway Ambassador. She has been working with the Lindos Sueños program since 2012. Nina's family is originally from the Dominican Republic, but she is a native of Methuen, MA. She received her BS in Business Management: Public Service & Communication and A.S in Fashion Merchandising from Fisher College.
