FAQ

In-Person FAQ

Do I need to be vaccinated to participate in the race?

In our continued effort to create the best and safest ballpark experience possible, all individuals eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine must be fully vaccinated to enter the ballpark's field level. Participants must present their vaccination card with identification on-site in order to participate in the Run Your Sox Off event.

Please note: Individuals are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving a second dose of a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine, such as the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Everyone 12 years of age and older is now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination.

How do I provide proof of vaccination?

On race day, please bring a copy of your vaccination card or photo on your phone along with a photo ID that matches the name on the vaccination card. Kids 16 or under do not need to provide a photo ID.

What if my child is under the age of 12, can they participate?

All participants must be vaccinated. Children under the age of 12 are welcome to spectate (with a spectating guardian present) and enjoy the post-race party after races conclude. We recommend registering your children for the Virtual Race option so they can participate safely at home.

What happens if the CDC changes their age recommendation on the vaccine?

If children under 12 become eligible for the vaccine at a later date and are able to show proof of full vaccination on race day, they may participate in the race.
