Auto-Renewal Opt-Out

By completing this form, you hereby elect to opt out of the White Sox Season Ticket Holder 10-Month Auto-Renewal Program. If you desire to cancel your ticket plan for the 2027 Season, you must complete this Opt Out Form and submit it during the Opt Out Window. The Opt Out Window begins on July 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. If you do not fill out this Opt Out form completely and submit it prior to the conclusion of the Opt Out Window, your season ticket plan will automatically renew for the 2027 season. Pursuant to your Auto-Renewal Program agreement, the White Sox will then charge the first installment of your 2027 annual commitment on Monday, August 3, 2026. Once you have cancelled any seat(s) under your season ticket plan, you have no rights to such seat(s) and the White Sox may remove or sell any such seat(s).
