How do I redeem my tickets?
Tickets can be redeemed at Guaranteed Rate Field only on the day of the game. Please proceed to the ticket windows at Gate 5, located on the north side of the ballpark near Lot B, and present a valid CPS ID or state ID or driver’s license displaying a Chicago residence. Minor students (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian (age 18+) who completed the registration form. Availability is limited - requests must be submitted in advance using the form at whitesox.com/cps.
What type of ID do I need to redeem tickets?
Please show your student or staff ID. If you don’t have a school ID, you must provide a state-issued ID or driver’s license with proof of residence in Chicago.
Can I reserve a ticket if I’m not a Chicago Public Schools student, teacher or administrator?
White Sox CPS Appreciation Days are only for CPS administrators, teachers, students of age, or parents/legal guardians of a minor student.
Do CPS Students need to show ID to receive tickets?
No, children who attend a Chicago Public School do not need to show any ID to redeem tickets, but minor students must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian (age 18+) who completed the registration form.

The Chicago Public Schools ("CPS") Appreciation Ticket Offer is available only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and a CPS administrator, teacher, current student of eligible age, or parent/legal guardian of a minor student aged five (5) through seventeen (17). Tickets are limited and available only while supplies last. To receive the complimentary tickets, you must complete the CPS Appreciation registration form. The CPS Appreciation Ticket Offer is only available for the 2024 White Sox regular season home games on Sunday, March 31, Monday, April 1, and Tuesday, April 2. Limit of four (4) tickets per transaction. Limit one (1) transaction/form per household. Instructions for ticket redemption will be sent via email. Tickets are subject to availability, and cannot be resold.
