Codes do not guarantee that seats will be available for every valid game date. Paid tickets are subject to City of Chicago/Cook County Amusement taxes and fees.

This offer must be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed at the Rate Field Box Office. We strongly recommend the use of a desktop computer to redeem your seats.

1. Select the "Buy Now" button next to the game you would like to attend.
2. Prior to selecting your seats, click the unlock button in the top right-hand corner of the interactive seat map and enter your unique offer code.
3. Select the seat you'd like to redeem (all seats marked in blue are still available) and hit the blue "Add" button next to the "Vienna Beef $0.00" option. Repeat this for the second seat.
   If you are redeeming your voucher for discount upgraded seats, the offer will reflect the price listed above rather than $0.00.
4. Once all of your seats are selected, press the black "Go" button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
5. Follow the remainder of the prompts on your screen to secure your seats.
