50/50 Raffle Official Rules

2026 Spring Training

ATLANTA BRAVES FOUNDATION 50/50 RAFFLE

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

ELIGIBILITY. During the Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC’s (“ANLBC” or “Atlanta Braves”) 2026 Spring Training home games or Spring Training events, the Atlanta Braves Foundation, Inc. (“ABF” or “Sponsor”) will hold a raffle to raise money to support its charitable work. The ABF 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”) is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia age eighteen (18) or older as of the date of entry. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of the ABF, ANLBC, the MLB Entities, and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Raffle Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win any Raffle. By entering any Raffle, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of the Official Rules applicable thereto. Subject to all Federal, State, Local, and Municipal Laws and Regulations. Some restrictions apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

ENTRY PERIOD. The Raffle will be conducted at each Atlanta Braves 2026 Spring Training home game (“Spring Training Games”) and at other select Spring training events held at CoolToday Park (“Spring Training Events”) played and/or held between the dates of Saturday, February 14, 2026 and Tuesday, March 24, 2026 (the “Raffle Period”), at CoolToday Park (“Ballpark”) located at 18800 South, W Villages Parkway, Venice, Florida 34293 beginning one (1) hour before gates open to the public for each Spring Training Game and/or Spring Training Event and ending at the conclusion of the bottom of the eighth (8th) inning (or other inning as may be determined and posted by ABF) of each game or at the conclusion of the Spring Training Event (the “Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Raffle, eligible fans (“Entrants”) may obtain a Raffle ticket (“Ticket”) during the Entry Period. During the Entry Period, an Entrant may purchase or request a Ticket from Raffle volunteers (wearing pink aprons) roaming throughout the Ballpark and Ballpark premises. Tickets may be obtained by request or with cash (United States ($) Dollars), credit, or debit for the following suggested donations:

  • Twenty (20) Chances for Twenty Dollars ($20.00);
  • One Hundred (100) Chances for Forty-Four Dollars ($44.00);
  • Three Hundred (300) Chances for One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); and
  • Two Thousand Twenty-Five (2,025) Chances for Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).

If an Entrant does not have an admission ticket to a Spring Training Game or Spring Training Event, a Ticket may be requested or purchased during the Entry Period on the Ballpark premises from a Raffle volunteer. Entering the Raffle does not permit an Entrant to enter a Spring Training Game or Spring Training Event. A request for and receipt of a Ticket constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules, terms and conditions, including all entry requirements.

Each Ticket represents one (1) entry in the Raffle for that Spring Training Game or Spring Training Event’s Raffle and is not eligible for any past or future Raffle drawing. ABF is not responsible printing errors in any Raffle-related material or any misdirected, incomplete, lost, late or illegible Tickets or other errors or problems which may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in or win any Raffle. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the Entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of ABF and will not be returned. Entrants may purchase with a donation as many Tickets as they wish, subject to availability. No refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by ABF in its sole discretion. Tickets purchased with a donation are not tax deductible.

RANDOM DRAWING. Each potential winner of any Raffle will be selected by random drawing at the Ballpark by a representative of the ABF upon conclusion of each Entry Period and on or before the conclusion of the eighth (8th) inning (or other inning as may be determined and posted by ABF) of any Spring Training Game or conclusion of any Spring Training Event at which a Raffle is conducted. Entrants need not to be present to win. One (1) winner will be chosen out of the pool of Tickets distributed for the applicable Spring Training Game or Spring Training Event (each, a “Raffle Winner”). The Entrant whose Ticket number is drawn at the Prize (as defined in Section 5) drawing will be deemed the potential Raffle Winner of the Prize for that particular drawing. The decisions of ABF are final and binding on all matters relating to any Raffle. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received/Tickets distributed.

PRIZE. The Entrant for a particular Raffle with the winning Ticket number for that Raffle shall be entitled to receive, upon compliance with these Official Rules, the greater of: (a) fifty percent (50%) of the donation collected during the Entry Period for the Spring Training Game or Spring Training Event at which the Raffle is conducted or (b) One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) (the “Prize”). ABF may be required by law to withhold and remit to the Internal Revenue Service on the Winner’s behalf a percentage of the Prize (the “Withholding Amount”). If ABF is required to withhold a percentage of the Prize, the total amount of the Prize will be reduced by the Withholding Amount.

Raffle Winners need not to be present to win. Each Raffle Winner assumes all responsibility for any state, county, or federal taxes, fees, or withholdings. Each Entrant is advised to consult his/her own tax advisor(s) with respect to the liabilities that may arise from winning a Prize in this Raffle. No substitutes for Prizes are allowed by any potential Raffle Winner. ABF reserves the right to substitute any Prize of like value in the event the described Prizes or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Any unclaimed Prize will be donated to the ABF. Any transportation required for the Raffle Winner to make delivery of the Ticket shall be the Raffle Winner’s sole responsibility and will not be furnished or paid for by ABF. ALL COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND REDEMPTION AND USE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING PROVIDED ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS AND ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PRIZE. Potential Raffle Winners may waive their right to receive a Prize (i.e. decline the Prize), at which time the Prize from that drawing date will be forfeited and the Prize money will be donated to the ABF.

NOTIFICATIONS. The winning Raffle Ticket number for a particular Raffle will be posted on the LED boards throughout the Ballpark, at the Fan Assistance Booth, and at braves.com/5050 (collectively “Notifications”). The Entrant holding the winning Ticket (the “Raffle Winner”) will be notified that they are a potential Raffle winner via the Notifications only. The winning Ticket number for each Raffle shall be posted at braves.com/5050 on the date immediately following the Spring Training Game or Spring Training Event at which the particular Raffle was held and shall remain posted for seven (7) days (the “Claims Period”), provided however, that if the seventh day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holiday, then the Claims Period shall be extended to five o’clock (5:00) pm Eastern time on the next business day.

Claiming the Prize. The Raffle Winner must present the Ticket with the winning number to ABF during the Claims Period either in person or by mail (mailing address: ABF, 755 Battery Avenue SE, Atlanta, Georgia 30339) and ABF will verify that the Ticket bears the winning number and is authentic. In addition to the Ticket with the winning number, the Raffle Winner shall provide ABF his or her photo identification, a valid social security number, and/or other form of identification acceptable to ABF, mailing address (“Mailing Address”) and telephone number. Once the Raffle Winner is confirmed eligible, ABF shall provide the Raffle Winner with written verification that he or she has won the Raffle along with an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release provided by ABF and in a form acceptable to ABF in its sole discretion and a W-9 tax form (and any identification necessary to complete the W-9 as set forth in the W-9 instructions), all of which must be returned to ABF within fourteen (14) business days of the mailing date of the written verification. Upon compliance with the foregoing provisions, ABF shall mail a check in payment of the Prize, less any amounts it is required by law to withhold, to the Raffle Winner at the Mailing Address within thirty (30) days after ABF has received all the documents required by this paragraph.

Decisions by ABF as to Raffle Winner eligibility and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. If the potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, including returning the required document to ABF within the time specified in these Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by ABF. In the event the potential winner does not accept the Prize, is disqualified for any reason, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by ABF. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given to the potential winner. If no one presents the Ticket with the winning number to ABF prior to the end of the Claims Period in accordance with the procedures set forth above, the Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by ABF. The Prize will not be awarded to any other person.

ABF will not be required to attempt to notify or locate the holder of the Ticket with the winning number in any manner other than by making the Notifications. ABF also will not be responsible if the holder of the Ticket with the winning number does not check or is otherwise unaware of the Notifications, is unaware that he or she has the right to collect the Prize, does not present the Ticket with the winning number to ABF during the Claims Period, or if the Prize mailed to the Mailing Address is returned to ABF undeliverable. If the holder of the Winning ticket number attempts to deliver the Ticket to ABF after the Claims Period or presents the required documents to ABF after the deadline to do so, he or she will be notified that the Prize has been forfeited.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Each Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to ABF and ANLBC participating in any Raffle, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements, biographical information and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless ABF, ANLBC, the other MLB Entities (defined below) and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly for injuries (including death), damages or losses to persons and property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt or use of any Prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Prize-related activity. ABF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. ABF further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Raffle for any reason, including, but not limited to if any Raffle is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, infection by tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, fraud, or acts of God. ABF will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to any Raffle. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the state of Florida, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY RAFFLE MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ABF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

A Raffle Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim against ABF arising out of the distribution of Raffle Tickets or the conduct of the Raffle shall be limited to the return of the donation for such Ticket(s), if any. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable to any party or Entrant for any loss or injury to earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
