On Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., the Atlanta Braves and Northside Hospital are teaming up to host the 3rd Annual Fan Fit Festival, a free fitness experience with local health/fitness professionals.

Yoga on the Field - Corepower Yoga
1 p.m. - 2 p.m.

Turn stress into sweat! CorePower Yoga will lead you through a class that will strengthen, balance, and detoxify your entire body and mind as you move through postures connected with your breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you'll power up your yoga practice like never before! All participants will receive a free yoga mat.Ā CLASS FULL.

Kickboxing - BURN Studios
1 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

This class is fun, high energy, and combines the benefits of a head-to-toe workout, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. A 45-minute full-body, fat-burning, muscle-toning workout that blends the use of heavy bags with strikes, kicks, core and interval training.Ā All participants will receive a free cooling towel. Cardio Agility - Forum Athletic Club
2 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

A class unique to BURN that combines the benefits of Pilates, barre, weights and yoga to create a perfectly balanced full body workout. All participants will receive a free yoga mat.Ā CLASS FULL.

HIST (High Intensity Strength Training) - BACH
2 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Through a low impact, high intensity workout, guests will have the time of their lives while burning calories and improving their all-around physical and mental well-being. All participants will receive a free water bottle.Ā CLASS FULL.

Sculpt - BURN Studios
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

In this session expect to focus on improving your ability to change direction and accelerate while in motion. Exercises such as jump hurdles, ladder drills, sprints and cone drills to increase your sports performance will be performed in this 45 minute all bodyweight class. All participants will receive a free cooling towel.Ā CLASS FULL.

Trampoline Fitness - Body Jump Fitness
2 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

This is a 45 minute functional strength training class devoted to upper body movements. All participants will receive a free water bottle.Ā CLASS FULL.

Cycling - Flywheel Sports Atlanta
3:15 p.m. - 4 p.m.

This interval training class fuses rhythm riding with core-strengthening athletic movements for the ultimate beat-based, results-driven experience. It's fun. It's challenging. It's rhythm riding for athletes. All participants will receive a free cooling towel.Ā CLASS FULL.
