Our Inclusive Business Partners program began in tandem with an MLB initiative seeking to extend Baseball’s ability to contribute to the economic growth, strength and well-being of communities where we work, live and play our sport. The Inclusive Business Partners program includes a commitment for us to make plan for intentional spend each year with underserved businesses that are seeking economic opportunity in our region.
As part of the program, we have hosted Vendor Diversity Fairs to provide a venue to make connections and foster relationships among new vendors. We have also recognized local businesses for their sound business practices and excellent service with a special Most Valuable Inclusive Business Partner Award. Partners who have received the award over the years include PlanLED, Brand Pride, Keeney’s Office Supply, Branded Solutions, Image Source, Cochran, Inc. and more.
