Michael Arroyo has certainly enjoyed his recent promotion to Triple-A.
The Mariners’ No. 4 prospect and MLB Pipeline’s No. 43 overall clubbed his first home run at the level on Thursday, contributing to an 18-4 win for Tacoma over Las Vegas at Las Vegas Ballpark. Arroyo has now been on base in all three games since his promotion, going a combined 5-for-15 at the plate.
Arroyo started the homer barrage for Tacoma (five total) in the top of the first inning. With two outs in the opening frame, he pulled an 0-2 sweeper into the seats in left field, traveling a projected 388 feet at 95.4 mph off the bat.
Arroyo’s extra-base-hit binge continued in the fourth. He sprayed a first-pitch fastball to the opposite field, and it found its way to the corner. Arroyo motored to third for an RBI triple. He then scored on Patrick Wisdom’s first of two home runs in the game.

Showing off all of his tools on Thursday, Arroyo also legged out an infield single with one out in the fifth, but Tacoma -- which scored in every inning but the sixth -- could not drive him in this time.
Arroyo added a walk in the seventh, scoring on a Connor Joe double. He was finally retired in the eighth on a strikeout and in the ninth on a flyout. In total, Arroyo was 3-for-6 with two RBIs, one walk and four runs scored.
A bump to the highest level of the Minor Leagues hasn’t slowed Arroyo’s strong 2026 at all. He’s now carrying a .290/.368/.471 slash line with 11 home runs across two levels.
