Newborn Club Additional Details

Registration is a two-step process. Once you make your purchase, you will receive two emails:

a receipt from MLB.com containing an order number
an email from kidsclub@phillies.com containing redemption instructions

Once the child has arrived, follow the redemption link, have your order number handy, and submit the child's information to complete enrollment. A congratulatory certificate will be included in the confirmation email that can be used to notify the recipient of enrollment. Shipping is included.

Please note: If your newborn's due date is January or later, it is recommended to purchase your membership after the New Year begins.

Memberships will be associated with the MLB Ballpark app account of the purchasing parent/guardian. Registration must be completed via MLB Ballpark app to receive full benefits from the membership.
When proceeding to purchase, the "Number of Tickets" refers to the number of individual memberships you are buying. The complimentary ticket redemption link will be sent via email within a week of purchase.

Refund Policy

In order to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible, the Phillies will refund the paid purchase price of a Fan Club membership if a refund request is received at kidsclub@phillies.com. However, refunds will not be available for memberships once membership benefits have been redeemed.
